All appliances, plumbing fixtures, wiring, lighting, walls, flooring, cabinets, surfaces, balcony sliders, full size washer/ dryer and TVs (4) are completely new. Plantation shutters on all the windows for that clean, coastal look! We hope you enjoy the amenities provided. There is one King bed in the ocean front master bedroom with access to the balcony overlooking ocean front view. Master bath has step-in shower. The second bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds), and the den has a queen bed. Two beautifully renovated full baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Important advantage is this unit is only one flight of stairs from beach access. Also great view of the swimming pool to watch your children play. Central air, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, 4 TVs, full size stack Washer/Dryer in unit. Maximum occupancy 7. MBR: King bed. 2nd Br: 2 bunk beds = 4 Twins DEN: queen bed.
