I made a complaint of the shower not getting hot and maintenance was supposed to come but at night when we went to shower again, the water did not even get warm. There is a timer for the lights as well so when you get up in the middle of the night you have to walk over to the master by the door (motion sensored btw so if you don’t walk by it for a certain amount of time it shuts off) click the master to turn it on or for it to see motion and then you can go to the bathroom. I had the light shut off on me every time I showered or while using the bathroom a couple times. This was by far the most inconvenient stays I’ve ever had at any hotel.

There is a 150 hold that they process and takes 5-7 business day to refund. I stayed one night and the nights fee was less than $100 and they processed the card when I arrived - rooms were good and the place was clean.

The hotel is new so it is nice and clean. They had cute fall decor throughout the lobby which was a nice surprise. The room was bigger than expected with a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The only negative which was a disappointment is that there is no ice on the premises. No ice machine and no ice in the freezers. The front desk confirmed they do not carry ice at the hotel.

The front desk staff was incribly rude, not to mention that completely lost. They locked one of our employees out of their room claiming it was somebody else's room. SHe could not get back in to get her back until midnight. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Management will not contact me. In room washing machine exploded soaking my gear, ruining a peice of equipment. Got stuffed into a smaller room, no care or compensation for the inconvenience. Supposed to fill out a damage claim for equipment. Has not. Terrible customer service.
