I rented this hotel room for one night based on its location. When you enter you’re greeted by a very strong unpleasant odor. The hallways have wrinkles due to water damage. It’s obvious that the room itself may have luxurious at some point, but now the mattress sinks in the middle, the a/c is noisy,, the tub has rust stains and amenities are almost nonexistent.
The front desk lady was VERY friendly but the room and facility in general is absolutely GROSS!!!!! Bathroom smells like vomit, spilt water on the floor and cleaned up with a towel and the towel was black, hairs in the bathroom, just disgusting!!!

Very old property not being maintained by current owner. Room was dirty, enamel cracked in tub. Picture in bathroom appears to have never been cleaned. Furniture in room is dated and very, very worn. This is my second terrible experience with country inns and suites and I will not be staying with them at any point in the future. It appears the owners are not putting any money back into the property. The parent company needs to correct this and establish requirements for the purchase, ownership and maintenance/updates of the property.
The rooms and bathrooms are not well-maintained. Everything is getting dingy.
When we first arrived the front desk staff said they couldn’t find our reservation. Then all of a sudden they found it and said it was canceled even though we didn’t cancel and was never notified of that. We got Into our room and the AC was noisy and not cold at all. The pull out bed was noisy and uncomfortable. When taking a shower we could barely get the water lukewarm. Our stay here was nothing to brag about unfortunately.
A\C was loud. Didn’t get a good sleep because of that. Shower is broken.
The property itself is fine. The wifi is horrible so don’t plan on working from your room. The parking situation is horrible. Not enough spaces for the amount of rooms. If you get to the hotel late you may not be able to park. I had to park a few blocks down at a restaurant and walk back. Then got up very early to go get my car. Not a good situation.
Great location. COVID conscious facility. Price was good. I’d stay there again, however, my stay could have been better. When I got to my room, there was NO toilet paper. Nothing. I had to call twice for it snd was not treated politely the second time. A couple hours later, I noticed I had no washcloths. I received some promptly. The only other issue was there was no clock in the room. When I mentioned it at checkout, I was told Radisson said it was just an option. I enjoyed the location snd large room and free parking would stay there again.
Traffic noise was atrocious. Bed was the most uncomfortable ever attempted to sleep in. A/C unit was very loud. Staff unwilling to reassign room, so we checked out 2 days esrly!

The rooms are not cleaned every day because of covid 19. the one bedroom suite was spacious and nice. The hotel is located in the intersection of College road and the exit of I-75, so it is a bit noisy, which did not bothered me. I slept well. very good value.
Wireless service was terrible. Room was dirty. Staff did not see friendly Highway construction made it difficult to enter property. We will not stay at a country inn again.
