I like the property because it’s very close to the center of Oaxaca . Only concerned needs to improve the heater system because usually sometimes there weren’t no hot water to take a shower. only one towel and no toilet paper just a small roll we were buying toilet paper every day .

The hotel had several issues; shower head only pour water from 3 holes which meant water was disperse. I wanted to take a shower but did not want to wet my hair and it was impossible. I asked staff for soap as I was given only 1 bar to wash my hands and take a shower. I was given 1 sheet and the coverlet which was not clean. The pillows had no support and was dirty. The night gentleman was helpful and nice. The young lady in the morning informed that she had to ask her boss if I could have to bars of soap. I chose not to have the room clean because it was pointless. The hotel is in a central location. I would not stay there again.

there is a bar directly next door that blasts music until morning making it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep…but the hotel itself is cute and nice. Good staff

Positives: It was very clean. Location was great because it was very walkable. Staff was very nice. Negatives: Toilet did not flush properly throughout our stay. Shower water was incredibly hot - it burned and the cold water didn't come out. There's a bar next door with really loud music... highly recommend ear plugs.
