The company I work for regularly uses The Park Inn for corporate events and meetings, and we always receive great service. This week we were in the regent suite for a large event with over 80 people in attendance, and we were delighted with how it all went. Everything was set out exactly as we expected. There were no issues with the parking and the reception staff were really helpful with this. There were 2 refreshment stations set out as well as lunch, everything was served on time and replenished throughout the day. All the timings were perfect and Steph went over and above to ensure we were all set and ready to go from 8am. The only issue we had initially was with the WiFi, we alerted the team and it was resolved quickly. Despite being practically in the city centre, this is a nice, quiet hotel with ample free parking. It's an ideal location and the service is great, so I can really recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere to hold events.

Was terrible bed this time only first bad experience I've had here will be looking else where this time was worse than the brit in Notts and that's saying something but must say this was 1st bad time I've had here

Stayed here last October but was not good. Was offered a complementary night, should I wish to stay again. I came down to Nottingham to visit close friends. The room on the 3rd floor was of much better standard and cleaner. Was too late for breakfast this time. Thank you, it was much better and likely to stay again in the future.

Well this hotel needs a refurbishment. I was put in a room on the first floor next to the lifts. I could hear them operating into the early hours. So the soundproofing isn’t up to much. I had a bar meal and told the member of staff I was a member of club Carlson so I wanted my discount applied to my food. However when she finalised the bill she didn’t do it. So I questioned it but she said she would ask the bar manager to deal with it. However when she came to see me I was told that the night staff would apply it when they allocate it to my room. Guess what they didn’t and the staff member on check out said she couldn’t do anything with it. I made it known I wasn’t happy but that made little or no difference. If I hadn’t of been in a rush to get back home I would’ve waited and not paid my room bill until it was sorted out properly. I said that I’d pay but I’m not happy about paying more than I should. Then to add to the points fiasco I was woken by guests who were leaving early dragging their cases and talking loudly in the corridor by the lifts. So I had an all round nightmare of a stay. I’m not happy about it and I think that the customer service in this hotel is not of a high enough standard. I stayed here in October 2017 and had the same issue with the discount but they sorted it out on the second night I stayed. But it shouldn’t have needed to be sorted. People should just do their jobs. Period

overall very good. room good comfortable bed. bathroom shower excellent. bar comfortable. restaurant good breakfast selection. staff very friendly and helpful. car parking very convenient. good value for money.

I have stayed at the Park Inn in Cologne many times so when I chose the POark Inn in Nottingham I was expecting a better stay than we had. Good on site parking and close to the shops and city centre . Check in was pedestrian at best with only one person available . The rate was also a little high for a Saturday night . The carpets in all our room (we had 3 rooms in our party) were very dirty with lots of questionable stains on them although the room itself appeared OK . Only 1 set of towels apparent ,the second set being 'hidden' in a drawer but no notice of that. The bar and restaurant areas were clean and accessible. The bar prices were ridiculous with 2 Baileys and ice costing £16 . We had breakfast on Sunday morning ,all well organised and good quality bacon and sausage. Unfortunately they were pre cooked and left in trays on a non heated bar so everything was cold . All in all very disappointing experience

An OK place to stay on business, but overall nothing special. Rooms and general decor could do with updating but overall clean enough. The hotel does however have a serious problem with other customers smoking and the enforcement of no smoking policies. The corridors and lifts reeked of both tobacco and cannabis, but worse the ventilation systems are shared between rooms and my bathroom/room stank every night of cannabis from a neighbour. Horrendous smell that I did not appreciate.

A great night at The Park Inn for our work's Christmas Party! The food was really good value and the staff were friendly The booking process was very easy and the booking team were very helpful Would definitely book again

My first room was tiny and cramped and was the most filthiest hotel room i’d ever experienced. I took these photos and went down to reception and they then changed my room. I was then on the 2nd floor in a family room where the general noise levels were hideous. Bang, bang, bang! Not sure if it’s the heating system or kitchens but I had a terrible night sleep. Not ideal with a full day ahead. I’d stick to Premier Inn. Not a great check in experience either. No explanation about breakfast or restaurant options or any of the leisure facilities.

We had a fabulous Christmas lunch at the Park Inn, everything was first class from the booking and deposit process right through to the end of our stunning meal. We had a visit from Santa and the gifts our Children received were absolutely amazing! We want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at the Park Inn Nottingham for making our Christmas truly magical and a special shout out to Holly in the Sales team :) we can’t wait to book our table for Christmas 2018.
