Very good for the price, Right on the beach, has a kitchen, Ocean view. Very easy check-in check-out. 1 -1/2 Block from Publix supermarket. 30 minutes from Miami International Airport. Will come again.

Quiet. Clean. No lamps or anything breakable but they insist on $50 deposit in case something gets broken. One entrance next to office. Exits at opposite end. You'll do a lot of walking because parking is in the rear near the exits, but the only way in is at the front of the building. No plastic cups. Ice and coffee.

Within walking distance from Disneyland/California Adventure and to Denny's down the street. I stayed here with my husband and my 2 sons. Very kid friendly.
