The location of this hotel is great! Across from the Potomac Mills Mall, around the corner from Sams Club, plenty of restaurants, movies and 10 minutes from Stonebridge. Overall great rest, an older hotel but well maintained, needs a little sprucing up in some areas but overall budget friendly and they serve breakfast.

Check in was easy and painless. Jeanette was great (I believe she was works in the evenings). The other host who works in the morning was not friendly or accommodating. Maintenance team friendly and helpful. A ton of shady stuff happening in property parking lot and nearby area. No amenities on property. Walls are thin. Free breakfast but definitely not worth the stay.
