I checked out of the Holiday Inn Crystal City on August 20th, and as of today I am still waiting for the refund of my deposit/warranty. It has been several days, and no refund has been processed or confirmed. The stay itself was fine, but the handling of the deposit is unacceptable. Guests should not have to chase after their own money after following all check-out procedures. The lack of timely communication and delay in refunding creates unnecessary stress and leaves a very negative impression. I cannot recommend this property until they improve their management of deposit refunds. Travelers deserve better reliability and transparency.

Whew, I had recently stayed in a Holiday Inn in Penn which was AMAZING so I came here and was disappointed. The shuttle staff - Great The front desk staff - Great The facilities? Room was dirty. Big hair ball in trash, hair on floor in bathroom. Elevators not working (waited over 7 min for elevator). No pool No free water in room No free water in lobby Expensive parking (but that's DC) Overall, I would not stay here again.
