There is a parking for hotel guests. Very helpful receptionist. Well prepared room and very comfortable beds. I liked the breakfast offer. Easy to reach. I would recommend this hotel. I would be glad to be back.

I stayed overnight here for work reasons and although a bit noisy early evening I cannot fault the beds, place and comfort. Basic and cheap but comfortable.

I stay at this hotel often, the staff are very helpful and always available if needed. Elizabeth the manager is always cheerful and makes me feel welcome when I visit. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, There are a variety of food outlets attached to the property something for most people, I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling.

We booked this room for the night before and evening after we attended the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. We'd read mixed reviews and so weren't expecting much. However we were mostly pleasantly surprised. All we wanted was a clean room fairly close to Silverstone - which is what we got. Decoration was basic and a little tired - but it's a budget motel so what can you expect ? As we entered the room we could smell a hint of bleach - so it had had obviously been cleaned - which was reassuring. No air conditioning so we had to have the window open all night - which is not a quiet experience when you have a coach stop right outside your window - the M1 a few hundred feet away - and a railway line just the other side of the M1 - but again you don't expect perfect peace and quiet if you stay at one of the busiest service stations in the Country. Towels and bed linen were nice and clean - although the bed itself was really lumpy and kept my wife awake (on the first night at least). Main gripe was that the door was left unlocked after the room had been cleaned - whilst we were out at the race. So we could have arrived back to find all of our stuff stolen - but luckily that didn't happen. Upon first arrival the reception staff were friendly and helpful - telling how to get to Silverstone - and also how to get back across to the motel from the North Bound Services area after the race. It served the purpose which we wanted it to - a base from which to set off early on race day - and place to rest afterwards before returning home the following day. It's certainly no frills - but doesn't pretend to be anything else.

Although this hotel is in need of a refurb, the staff more than made up for it...very helpful and friendly. Despite the tired looking room, it was spotlessly clean.

Watford gap services are very old and tired and this hotel matches that same situation. Food options are terrible, basically McDonalds or Costa.... Services are dirty and rainwater leaks everywhere. Hotel bedroom floor was flimsy and moved when walked upon. Bathroom vanity units are chipped and blown from water damage. Receptionist was helpful and cheerful, and wifi was good, but otherwise this was a poor hotel Very disappointing and one I will avoid in future

Very dilapidated service station with bad food options...burger or coffee bar, and that's it Bedroom floor was moving when you walked on it and fittings were chipped and damp Won't be staying here again and suggest there are much better options around than this very tired location

The manager, Elizabeth (I think!) was so helpful and accommodating. She found me a room to check in early and gave me excellent advice to contact the hotel for prices rather than go through a third-party booking site. Room was a little warm but rather pleasant. Would definitely stop by again if I was in the area.

room spacious and comfortable, staff very polite and helpful. only one negative signage very poor when travelling northbound as hotel is situated on southbound, a little confusing.

If you like the conventional this is just what the traveler requires. Good clean comfortable good service from staff What more could you ask for the price.
