The room was extremely clean. I bring clorox cloths with me to clean when we enter the room and the cloths were completely clean.
Our in room phone did not work at all. When we went to the front desk they said they were aware of the phone problem and that even if the phone worked if you dialed a room it would probably go to another room.
We had to go to the front desk both nights we were there due to the guests in the room above us sounded like buffalos walking back and forth. The first night we actually had to go down at 12:30am and the second night we just about left at 10PM because they were so bad. Sounded like they were jumping off the bed on to the floor.
The door shut very loudly so even if you are down the hall you can hear them shut at all hours of the night.
This is a pet friendly hotel. Someone down the hall left their dog during the day and it howled and barked for 3 hours. If you have allergies I would check to see if they have rooms that have never had animals in them.
The beds are extremely hard but the linens and pillows were wonderful. Had to sleep with extra pillows under my hips and back so if you have any kind of joint or muscle problems rethink this one.
The staff was very accommodating. We had to leave one day early due to an ice storm coming in the day we were supposed to leave making our trip back home hazardous. The front desk would have given us a refund for both the rooms I had but because we went through Orbitz they couldn't do a thing for me.
