The building was old. Paint peeling in the pool area. Shower in pool area broken and no towels. My room was very damp to the point my socks were wet walking on the carpet. Room smelled very musty.

We were next to pool on one side and elevator on the other. Loud until late at night. The elevator going up and down all night was nonstop and couldn't sleep. Breakfast was decent. Had to ask for linens for pull out bed and enough towels for three people

I scheduled 2 rooms 2 nights thru Expedia. In my error I didn't notice the mistake. When I checked in I was given 1 room. I told the employee I had booked 2 rooms two nights… I said I would pull up my confirmation. He said not a problem booked my room gave me second room keys…. The next morning the hotel sent me an email asking about my stay…. I went to the front desk ran bell 3 times nobody came to desk. I left with intention of asking why I got a survey before I left. An hour later the manager called asking why I haven’t checked out. I once again said I was booked 2 rooms 2 nights. She said I had one night I told her the attendant had corrected that at ck in… I called customer service at Expedia. Told them I could not open email for confirmation # at the moment and asked if they could book my rooms. I was directed back to the hotel which had no rooms and I had paid and purchased insurance plan. So I had to book at another hotel. The person at the desk was incompetent, the manager couldn’t help me the rooms were old and falling apart, smelled horrible the towels had holes in them and at the end of the day I was overcharged and then had to book two rooms at the second hotel…. I will NEVER stay at the Best Western and NEVER use EXPEDIA again

Good location for our event, but the property needs cleaning. Inside the room, I did see a cockroach, a lot of dust, spotty walls, and room lighting was dark so you couldn't tell if the rug was clean. Aircon, TV worked well.

Room for improvement.

We booked the largest suite available for a sibling get together while we were all in town. The layout of the suite was odd, and very impractical. An enormous amount of space was used up by the placement of a Jacuzzi smack in the middle of the main living area. The listing advertised a sofa bed, and while the bed was available there were no bedsheets or bedclothes and I had to go back out to the front desk to ask for them—notwithstanding the fact that I had made it very clear that there would be three adults staying in the suite. That may seem like a small thing, but it’s things like this that make you feel either welcomed and expected, or not. The breakfast was OK. Coffee decent. However, the cheese omelettes were very rubbery. The front desk staff were not unhelpful, but a bit more friendliness and engagement would’ve gone a long way.,
