The rooms were absolutely filthy. I had two rooms they were next door to each other. My daughter and her boyfriend had the other room. After only checking in at 11:30 that night my wife and I were in the room about two hrs when our toilet broke and was overflowing. The staff said they had no one to fixed it till the morning. With that said we had no toilet overnight. We asked for a plumber that night but they said they didn’t have one. In the morning at 7 am my wife went to see if they had any one to fix it. But they said no. She then asked again for a new

The hotel stunk of mildew from the moment you walked in the building. The pool looked like it hadn’t be maintained in months. Our first room stunk of strong smoke, requested to be moved, new room was better, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the room was dirty. The staff were great given what they’re having to deal with.

When my wife check in with my kids. She found candy wrappers inside the bed sofa then diaper. After finding these things. She found big I don’t know what stain. She told front desk and she apologized. When I called front desk was very rude then hung up the phone. She then told my wife she had 1 hour to leave. When I called again to confront the front desk. She told me she put a no return on me and go stay at hotel I liked the hung up on me. I had never happen to me. If these type of people they got working at the front desk. I will never stay there. I will be calling the front desk manager

I travel the country with work and I'm in alot of hotels thru the yr, but I must say the young lady that checked me in on Wednesday afternoon around 1pm 11/5/25 was probably one of the nicest, friendliest, kindest people I've ever dealt with at a hotel reception desk. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she was the only one at the desk that afternoon. I had a very long day that started at 1 am trying to fly up from Florida to Massachusetts with work. I was tired and beat, I was greeted with a cute smile and welcoming attitude. She was so kind and accommodating, we joked alil bit and laughed and she gave me a great recommendation for an Italian restaurant a short walk from the hotel as I had gotten an Uber from Providence to the hotel. She really put a smile on my face after a brutal day! People tend to quickly leave a negative review when someone is rude or something isn't how they want it, but I believe when people are as friendly and kind and sweet personality as this girl was, they too should be recognized! I hope she sees this and knows her personality is appreciated! To the hotel management, reward this kind of kind of person because these people are who bring back customers! I come to the area occasionally and will absolutely stay here again from now on. Also, my room was very clean and comfy, the beds were great. Thanks again and God bless!
