We enjoyed this location with plenty to do around but the room had a dank smell to it and it didn't seem to have any ventilation as it made it hot in the room at night. Staff was great, complimentary breakfast was very good. Centrally located. Maybe the fan wasn't working to cool the room. The bathroom was very nice, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Water taxi dropped and picked us up no more then 10 feet from the door. As a whole nice place.

Perfect for Biennale visitors! I was so happy with the location. The staff were kind and full of good advice. My room had a balcony which was so lovely. The bed was comfortable. If you want an authentic experience, this is the place. I did not do the hotel breakfast so I have no opinion regarding the food.

Wonderful property, in the heart of Venice.
Great staff and best breakfast buffet we have ever had. Phenomenal room, staff, everything. Would go back again for sure!

The staff was very professional and willing to assist if needed.
The lady’s serving breakfast where very pleasant and always smiling anxious to be helpful serving us politely.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
We would definitely stay here again.
