The property looks rundown and needs a facelift. I parked in the same spot two nights in a row, and on the second night after I parked they put up no parking signs and then called me and woke me in the middle of the night to move my car. Ridiculous

We’ve always stayed here for years for vacation and this will be the last time. I had a large party and 3 rooms and every single room was a disaster. Front clerk had attitude and tone when tell me I hadn’t paid for rooms in full and once she finally shut up I told her the last name and she had been looking at the wrong reservations. Dirty, dirty, dirty! No towels, and when he finally brought them up he gave us 2! We had 4 people in each room! Toilet issues and tub drainage issues in all 3 rooms! Microwave sounded like it going to explode. Peeling paint on all walls and ceilings above beds. The hallways were disgusting and had the same trash and mess laying there for 4 days. The elevators got stuck repeatedly on us. By far one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. And keep in mind I had 3 rooms that were all like this! And they send multiple text asking for tips for housekeeping! They sent text asking what time we checking out and a hour before hand banging on the door asking if we leaving at 10am when check out is 11. Many years we’ve stayed here and always looked forward to it and what a disappointment for our trip and the guests we brought. This hotel should be shut down!

Dirty hotel. Trash all over the floor on the floor we stayed in when we arrived. Room didn’t have towels and we had to ask about 3 or 4 times and finally the next day they delivered some towels. The location was the best part. Convenient and right on the beach. At the front desk, there was a sign for breakfast in the hotel but then worker told me there is no breakfast. Inside room was dirty as well.

The view was beautiful, front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The room was okay, paint peeling from the walls and the room smelled a little funny. Housekeeping never cleaned our room or took our trash and we were there for 4 nights. Found out later you had to request service.

This hotel is filthy and poorly maintained. The air conditioner was struggling throughout the building and the smells from the restaurant make the entire 1st floor smell musty. The air conditioner in our room could not keep temperature and kept getting louder and louder like it was about to break, which kept my husband awake. The bathroom in our room was just gross. The tub needed to be scrubbed and there were random splatters all over the walls. The first night a pile of dirty stained towels and trash were next to the elevator for hours. The coffee maker in our room was missing parts, the nondairy creamer was old and solid as a saltine cracker, and the disposable coffee cup lids weren’t even the right size for the cups. The front staff clearly doesn’t want to be there. I wonder what their voices sound like because they barely mumble at you. There’s also a $12.00 a night resort fee they sneak on you when you get there. But of course they charged me for it twice and it took two people to almost 20 min to do a refund and issue a receipt. There’s no resort by the way. It’s just a rundown building with a Mexican restaurant, terrible parking, and beach access. There are a few spots out front and then you have to go across the street to a small garage that fills up super quick and the employees smoke pot next to your car. People had to just park their cars in random places because there was nowhere to park after dark. This isn’t a get what you pay for situation. Just deceptive.

Nice Short stay...great staff, perfect location with shops,Boardwalk, restuarants & intertainment..Love the Beach front view..Only con. The parking is very Limited. Which they do have a overflow lot across the street in a parking deck..will stay at this location again..
