Wonderful stay! Extremely clean, great atmosphere, beautiful kitchenette with everything you need! Huge soaking tub! I took 5 baths in 2 days! We had a balcony with ocean view that was quiet and on the 11th floor. Tons of close by fabulous restaurants and shopping. I’ll definitely be staying again :)

Staff was very courteous, however room condition leaves alot to be desired. Worn and stained carpets...wires hanging from behind tv...A/C unit is 2 ft. from bed which blows on you while sleeping and was extremely nousy, drowning out tv sound.

As soon as we came into the hotel and got to the front desk I can say it was difficult or not as easy as it should to sign in to a hotel also we were responsible for pain an extra $200 that wasn't quoted to us on our reservation so definitely was not prepared for that expense I was also told that I would get it back as soon as we checked out that did not happen got to our rooms just for our keys not to work had to wait for security to come up had to do this process two times because of our keys were not working we got into the room at night so we could not really observe the room like you would during the day we actually took the time to decorate the room at night so when we woke up in the morning and had light in the room we saw all the things that needed to be cleaned so I find it very hard for someone to charge someone $250 for smoking fee when they were burn marks on the carpet without prepare carpet was dirty laid down sheets so when we took pictures we didn't have the carpet in the pictures. Are washing machine overflowed and we had to get maintenance to come up there and fix it when we asked the manager what is she going to do to compensate us for all the troubles that we were having during our visit she took off $57 so I do admit they try to compensate someone but I really don't believe that was enough.
