The property needs an update, tattered carpet, doors hard to open, old caulk etc. The most inconvenient was the elevator for garage being out all week. I never saw anyone attempting to repair, and based on tone from locals, thats the norm. Also, 1 counter person only was inconvenient. Poor person always had a line but not fun for the guest to wait so long. Corporate Hilton could do so much better.
The staff were nice, helpful and pleasant considering the corporate constraints. So don't blame them!
