The pool was small and crowded as was the gym. The inside panel of the safe was rusty and fell off nearly striking my bare foot. The breakfast area was very crowded which led to frayed nerves from the catering staff. I think the hotel is sorely in need of a thorough renovation. We left one night earlier than planned.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good hot breakfast, good size indoor pool, good location.

Overall was very good, we had an outdated room at first with a drunk children hater neighbor ,but they upgraded us to a bigger and nicer room ! And free breakfast and indoor pool is a catch ! Will return and recommend it to others.

We had a quick over night trip to the area. The hotel was under renovation but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again. Just an FYI to anyone staying. There is fly over noise from the near by air base.

The Room was very clean and staffers very pleasant

Being at the Ocean Front was awesome - my room was on the 7th floor with a small balcony facing the ocean! There was a bowl of water on the porch with dirty water in it - and two chairs (very cheap uncomfortable). I guess I expected much more from the Country Inn. It was on 16th Street and I didn't expect that area to be so rundown. Next trip I would prefer to stay 21st street Up . . . The hotel itself was very old and in need of an upgrade. They did not have any bottled water in the vending machines & although they had water at the front desk, they told us it was reserved for "Silver" people. Not sure what that meant, but I wasn't feeling well and needed some water. They suggested that we walk to the nearest 7-11. In that area, I didn't feel safe to be out on the streets. I would not stay in this hotel again.

When checking in we were informed that the indoor pool was closed for refurbishing. There was nothing posted online about this being done or was anything said when we had called prior to booking out room and verified that they had an indoor pool. We were told we could utilize there sister hotel's pool that was 9 miles down the road. .. The front desk staff was having a pow wow when I came down to get a parking pass for my daughter that also was a guest at the hotel, but had arrived after us , and made us feel like we where interrupting them and they didn't want to be bothered. .as for the room I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. .

The price and comfort of this hotel were good. The breakfast was always fresh and the coffee was always available as well as fresh cookies daily. The downside was the parking problem. Even though there was plenty of parking in the covered garage...it was very tight and hard to maneuver. The room itself had an odor from the dirty carpets. We know that beach places are very abused and used so we just made the best of it. The carpet needs to go!!! The indoor pool was closed for work and the weather was mostly rainy while we were there. The beds were very comfortable so we did sleep well. It was an ok experience.

Older property but great view of the ocean. Good restaurants in walking distance. Security onsite. Friendly staff.

Nice staff, great view, would return. Comfy beds and nice balcony!

Best part of the experience was the closeness to the beach. I felt the interior of the hotel especially rooms, hallways, and elevators could use serious updating. Only one elevator worked for our trip and we were forced many times to use the stairs.

Great stay, amazing staff. The parking works. Will be back.

I love staying at this hotel! The view from our window was awesome! The pool was great, the food was plentiful, the cookies a nice sweet treat, and the staff was so respectful and kind. Two things I would fix: parking. Very tight for minivans and cars like it--steep inclines scraped the underside of my car---means not good to park there. Maybe widen it or use another lot for bigger cars. Also I would fix the bathrooms. Found some marks on the corners of the room and could use a little touch up. Other than that, I would recommend this place...I will be back again!

Our room had a pipe leak issue but the hotel was quick to address and correct the issue, even moving us to a new room after the leak had been fixed.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and when we called about the heat not working, the maintenance person came and fixed the problem quickly.

I was visiting family in VB but didn't want to be underfoot. My friend & I went back & forth on which hotel to pick. The girl Kate at the desk was so nice & thorough. Breakfast was surprisingly good, plenty to chose from. The hotel was older but kept very clean. Comfortable beds. Loved the ocean view!

Not a luxury hotel but clean, great location with beautiful ocean view, nice indoor pool and exercise room. Hotel staff very accommodating and free breakfast was more than expected. Family friendly and I would recommend. If u read reviews you will find them better than the high dollar chains.

Love the oceanfront private balcony, breakfast each morning was very good. Beds were not very comfortable.

The hotel is a little dated, but the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 4th floor balcony although it was a little small. The breakfast was nice but nothing fancy. Overall we had a nice time.
