I stayed there for 3 weeks while starting a new job. Everything was clean and the staff is extremely considerate and friendly. I needed a hotel for one more night and went back. It was the same!

Nice staff, clean rooms, hard to adjust the temperature in the room.

I had some troubles with my first room and the operational capacity of the shower. They couldn't send maintenance at the time, so they booked me to another room and didn't charge me for my stay for the minor inconvenience. It was a very great experience and the staff really goes above and beyond.

A nice place to stay and you don't have to spend an arm and a leg.

This place is great the place is beautiful and has a homee feelings to it front staff is gracious I stayed 5 night but not seen a rude person.my favorite people were Audrey the lady in breakfast room .the other on weekend they will go out of their way to make you comfortable.housing staff is very careing .I really enjoyed staying their and I highly recommend this place .

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed here because it was close to the airport.

We had a great stay. Only problem we had was that someone had smoked in the room previous to us getting there. We let the person at the front desk know. The continental breakfast was very good.

Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing. The cleaning staff gave us extra towels without fuss and liens for the sofa bed. Our room was on the 5th floor and the elevator was slow. The pool made the first level stink and there was something in it that could be seen on top of the water. After our first night, we went down for breakfast and was early. The woman cooking the food was rude, telling us to go turn off the light and don't touch any of the food. The food looked good, though I'm not sure how it tasted. We went to Hardee's instead. Other than those things our stay was good.

Clean perfect location Only down side ac little noise Breakfast just perfect.

Just needed a quick place to spend the night. This was a good over-night on a two day drive.

We went to hotel to check in at 1pm, which is what time check in was listed on my confirmation. Hotel clerk said check in is not until 3pm so we had to scramble our schedule. Not fun with little kids. When we got to our room we did try to shower, I say try because the water in the shower was lukewarm. We were hopeful that was just because the hotel was sold out and many people were using the hot water but it was just as tepid the following morning.

I've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and this was the worst time yet. My shower was cold with little pressure. Wifi kept going out. And then the fire alarm went off at 230. The staff was very friendly though. Just a bad night to stay at the hotel.

staff was friendly. Pool was small. Room was clean, with many pillow choices! overall great stay.

This was a great hotel for a great price and it was very clean. The staff was very accommodating to any requests we had and called us to see if our room was ok and if we needed anything else. The hotel was only 10 mins to our family that we were visiting in virginia beach. The pool is not large but it served the purpose. The bed was a little firm but that was just my opinion. I would definitely stay here again.

The check in was fact and we were quickly given two cribs for our twins. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is more than the usual muffins and cereal with different hot options daily. My complains are few and only because I have 6month old twins. The microwave and fridge are inside the Tv stand/dresser. The doors creaked something awful, which is no good when you just put down two cranky babies. The doors to the rooms must weigh a ton (unnecessarily so). I hurt my hand trying to hold it and prevent it from slamming. To get two babies out the door, a third person has to hold te door. It's seriously heavy. The pool, though "heated", was too cold. Heated just means inside. No towels in the pool room, though I'm sure we wouldn't have been given some if we asked. Otherwise, the bed is comfy and even the small room we got was spacious enough (if you don't have two cribs). There are restaurants within walking distance, and most everything else is a short drive. In all, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything about my stay was great except the morning breakfast. Too crowded with unsupervised children most days. Food ran out quick and lack of staff in the dining room added to the confusion and lack of choices.

We were at another Hotel first and it was Horrible. It didn't have anything that was portrayed on online! So don't go there! So we were relocated is to this Hotel. Much better awesome staff great indoor pool and fitness center for the kids.. This made our vacation so much better! The room was perfect for us and all five of our children. We would definitely book again!!!

My daughter and I were in room 205. I don't know if other rooms had the same feature but this room had a separate bedroom, with a door. The other queen bed was in the part of the room with the door to the hallway. (TV in each space) This is a great arrangement for families with kids or folks who want to share but need more privacy. Wonderful value

Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Room was large, clean. Air conditioning was a little too loud and could not adjust fan level.
