Location was great for my meetings. I probably won’t visit another Aloft hotel. This is my second time staying at this hotel (first time was a few years ago in another state). And unfortunately I was disappointed again.

It was fantastic place to stay!!It was clean and staff really friendly!

The staff were so nice and accommodating .We had our dog CC with us and they treated her so well.We all felt so welcome .The room was clean and the bed was great. The tv was a good size and we loved the fact we could watch Netflix. And Hulu

Consistently great service & accommodations everywhere I stay with aloft, no surprise in Chesapeake.

Very nice staff, awesome room. Minor complaint is the shower had a gap in the door and water was all over the place. Tear in the blinds had light coming in. All in all I would highly recommend this place. Nearby restaurants and easy access to the interstate

perfect location, property was clean and well maintained, staff very friendly, called my by my name. room was excellent, shower was fantastic, bed very comfortable

Stopped here for the night to break up a long drive from the mid-Atlantic to Georgia. Had seen the Aloft brand and was curious. I get what the chain is trying to accomplish with its vibe, but it was just a bit too dark and modern to be welcoming. Also, this particular location is showing its age. Carpet, in particular, needs to be updated.

The hotel is comfortable and clean.I was surprised the facility was pet friendly which I do not prefer. There was a fire alarm incident where a pool motor overheated at 11 PM causing evacuation from rooms for 45 min. The breakfast items are not worth buying - too expensive and not enjoyable. There was live music in the lobby until 10 PM which was annoying. The personnel are very pleasant and accommodating. Once the music stopped, the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had! The first I was given was absolutely nasty! There were stains on the carpet and walls. There was some gross substance on the desk that seemed to be half wiped down. I was then moved to another room that was better but not the best. When I went to wash my hands the hot water came out in a little trickle. I didn't report it because at that point I was just over the whole thing and wanted the morning to hurry up and come so that I could leave. Then when I went to take a shower in the morning the water pressure came out so hard the I literally could not stand in front of the water. The water actually hurt my skin and I was in pain. I took a bird bath and got the hell out of there! THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice hotel. No issues. Comfortable room with modern features. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Tried the southern breakfast bowl i.e. grits, chicken and eggs. It was excellent. The hotel is also close to lots of eats and shopping. Would stay again.

This hotel is clean and updated with spacious rooms and amenities. Close to plenty of restaurants and stores.

Nicely decorated but you will not get any sleep. My room was by the elevator, which mechanically was so loud you couldn't hear the television. They have parties in the lounge on the first floor with DJ's or live bands or live music paint parties for locals but are too loud and I am fine with music etc, but at some point you would like your room quiet. Not much of a concierge and basically a minimal store to purchase juice etc., no room service. If you don't mind hearing the neighbor's use the sink, shower and bathroom this is the place for you then. I made a complaint upon checking out and was basically given a shoulder shrug saying sorry...

I always stay here and there my visits always good. The only thing this time the headboard was scratch up and the rug in the hallway was little stain but overall it was a relaxing and pleasurable stay

It is most definitely worth the price. Very convenient. Friendly staff, very clean. Absolutely beautiful. Had a nice stay!

Excellent staff. She went above and beyond the call of duty.

My check in was great. The morning was a bit rough. No hot water for tea. No cups for coffee. Quite unorganized

Friendly staff and super clean rooms, plenty amenities, cover pool, bar etc, great location A good value for your money. Thanks

Wonderful experience and very relaxing ..................................... . ..........

I was pleased with the service st the Aloft Hotel. I would recommend to anyone coming to Chesapeake. Great staff and great service.
