Staff was great , the hotel is not ! It’s a hangout spot for crackheads and it use to smell good but now it’s cigarettes smoke throughout the building the exterior security doors are broken so anyone can just walk in , the rooms lack TLC and overall not a safe place to stay in my opinion

First arrived found roaches notified front desk they did spray the next day. We had to ask daily for toilet paper our shampoo were never filled for entire stay and found nasty bloodly underwear in the bathroom under the sink. Breakfast was very limited no eggs or bacon or potatoes. Probably not going to stay there again when we visit virginia.

Staff was nice, hotel needs to be updated! There was a stench on the hallway that would not go away. There was also a stench in the room ( could have been from the hallway). Also if the air was not on I would wake up coughing and with dry mouth.

Newly renovated, actually surprised me and was more comfortable and in better condition than I expected honestly. Staff was friendly and made sure I had everything needed. Place was very quite and peaceful. No complaints for the value, nice place.

Horrible experience

Horrible. People sat out in ther cars and smoked. Hotel was outdated and the rooms were overpriced. A complete waste of money. The hotel was not clean, someone left french fries on the steps. A car parked next to me and they just threw that McDonalds food right beside my care in the parking lot. Also, the staff was very rude and unprofessional.

This was fine for one night. But no more than that. The rooms were clean but not in the best shape. There was a lot of noise. At the rear door there were a few men sitting against the wall drinking 40 oz beers. Not really a family vibe. The breakfast was poor. Overripe fruit and a variety of carbohydrates. Strong smell of chemical cleaner in the lobby and halls. Did not feel great leaving my car in the parking lot. I did not use the pool. I did see that the hot tub was functioning which is rare in hotels it seems. I don't recommend this location.

Awesome motel and staff!

Sleep Inn was awesome! They took such good care of my special needs. I felt so comfortable and at home. The bed was so comfortable, the staff was so amazing and helpful. Anything we asked for they provided for us. We will definitely stay there again when we visit our family in Chesapeake, VA. ❤️

Run away!!! AVOID!!

This place was gross. Dirty bed, dirty floors, when asked to have it cleaned, it was swept into another corner and a sheet thrown on top of mess. The hallways smelled like straight weed (funny for a smoke free hotel). The room smelled like rotten mildew. There was a random pillow on hallway floor that was covered in yellow wet stuff. The hotel outside side doors don't lock, anyone can get in. The fact that the room smelled so mildewy that it caused me to have an asthma attack after only 15 minutes being in the room. The management wouldn't talk to me directly, only on phone to a front desk clerk. Refused to refund my room, charged me for 1 night and only refunded me for the 2nd night because i flipped out. But still awaiting my refund... the health department should shut this place down.
