Best service, everyday they clean my room and the toillets, best location everything was perfect and i think i will always choose this hotel from my last experience im really happy that i was in mercure hotel
------ rooms are very small, can only be reached with stairs (no elevator). Even in the room, there were stairs to reach our bed! This property can't be used by anyone with any type of walking difficulties and of course disabled people. this wasn't mentioned on the hotel web site ++++ good breakfast excellent location in Nice friendly personnel
If you want to stay at the beach in Nice, with great walking distance to good restaurants, shopping, this is the place to stay. The hotel is no frills, but the location is perfect so if you are just dropping by Nice for a quick visit, this is definitely a great spot to stay.
spent one night here and we were pleasantly surprised , rooms small but quaint, great breakfast but avoid the rush ( after 9) because it's served in the basement room which can look abit busy when full.Location is great, right on the beach and near the old town and the staff are very helpful.
We stay only one night before going to Monte Carlo but if you want to go to the beach and stroll by the city center, this hotel location is very good. Breakfast is ok and the staff very kind and helpful
This hotel had nice staff, great breakfast. Room was ok. Not as clean as other Accor properties. Split level rooms were interesting but would pose a challenge for those not comfortable with stairs at night. Great location on the promenade.
What a lovely small boutique hotel with a wonderful view, location and breakfasts. Our special request for a near ground floor room due to ill health was met with a large room and view and this made our visit so pleasurable and we would certainly come back to the hotel as it also provided us with the closeness to the evening activity around the Marche Des Fleurs...Very Pleased we found it and stayed there.
We stayed in the Mercure Nice Marche aux Fleurs for three nights, the welcome from reception was very friendly and efficient. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, but reception will help with your bags if required. All staff are friendly and helpful. There are rooms on the ground floor. It is a small hotel in the old part of Nice near to the beach. (Just across the road) We had a room at the side of the hotel with a little veranda, so if you stepped out on the veranda you could see the sea, although the room was not advertised as a sea view room. The room was on the small side with a nice bathroom, again on the small size and could do with some shelves to put your toilet bags on. The room was very clean and nicely decorated with good bedding plus air-conditioning. There is a continental breakfast with a good selection hot and cold buffet. Plenty of restaurant in the old town a short level walk away. Would recommend and stay again if ever in Nice again.
Good room service, friendly reception staff, good and quite recently decorated washing facilities, nice climate in the room, nice location near beach, quite silent rooms. Breakfast too expensive for four people.
Small hotel in a great location on the promenade in the old part of Nice, quiet room not large with tea & coffee facilites. Staff helpful and friendly. The hotel has been tastefully refurbished. Breakfast very good with a good choice. One small drawback is that the hotel has no lift with steepish stairs to the rooms. If this poses a problem request a room on the the same level as reception, but there is a flight of steps at the entrance of the hotel. Having said this the staff offer to carry your luggage to your rooms.
