The location is great, right next to the old town and the beach. Breakfast is okay, staff also. The rooms are rather small and can be a bit loud, especially towards the back (Rue Saint-Francois de Paule), since this is a very popular street with bars and restaurants. We had a tiny(!) balcony which was nice for people watching in the evenings. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

I got to the hotel at midnight , tired from three flights , I left my house 24 hours ago , to meet the worse customers service person ever , I asked for extra blanket , he didn't give me one , extra coffee for the morning since we were 2 people , he refused , I asked why no WI FI in the room , he didn't know and he didn't try to find out why , otherwise every things was fine , the room was clean , but no WI FI , but this gentleman ( Areff ) made my stay horrible , i don't think i will stay with Accor Hotels anymore , because this gentleman should not be in customers services in the first place, and the management should know that

My husband whisked me off for a Valentines treat to Nice and we stayed here. The only reason not to give it five stars was because the room was very compact, but the sunny balcony was a delight, even in the very cold weather. The staff were without exception helpful and spoke perfect English - they were even patient with my schoolgirl French. I would warmly recommend this hotel.

Good location but rooms were not that impressive. Check in went ok and breakfast was nice. I probably would not chose to stay here again. Staff were friendly. There is no bar or other facilities I think but loads of places to eat close.

The hotel personnel was very nice and welcoming. The rooms very clean but somewhat small. Ok for thé two of us. No noise but perfectly placed just in front of the beach and just behind the marché aux fleurs (hence the name) where many restaurant options are available to you. 10/10 for the location! Breakfast was not so great so We often had breakfast 5’ by foot at the marché. Overall very happy ! Would go back there.

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, perfectly located just next to the Promenade and Opera, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was rich and delicious. The room was clean and equipped with tea/coffee facilities.

I would recommend this hotel for its position alone, which is so convenient, however, it is not made clear on the booking site that some rooms have the bed on an upper floor, accessible by a spiral staircase. Luckily we were quite able to cope with this, but it would have been much more preferable to have had a proper room, not a duplex! The balcony was nice though, the bed comfy, the bathroom fairly new, although a bit small, and you got a free bottle of water (most) days.

The Hotel staff were extremely professional and polite. I would like to specifically mention, Paul, the night desk manager who checked us in and assisted with a minor issue we had with our room. He was very attentive, helpful and did an exceptional job at helping resolve our issue as well as ensuring it was promptly handled by the day staff the next morning. We stayed in seafront room and the view was spectacular. Waking up and looking across the promenade to the Mediterranean was a lovely treat. Despite being located on the main road, you could not hear any traffic with the windows closed. My wife is a very light sleeper and she had not problems at all. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The carpets were looking a little dated, but everything else was great. The hotel is located close to a lot of nice restaurants and markets as well as the tram line. I would happily recommend this hotel and would stay here again next time I am in Nice.

The hotel location is great. The staff were nice. They provide a small bottle of water daily. The furniture was old. The cleanness was average, i saw some dirt on towels and bathrobe. Average hotel with a great location.

Very good location in Nice old town. Close to bars and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel and rooms very clean. Wifi ok and easy to log in to. However very noisy at night owing to location. Noise went on till early hours on occasion and quite difficult to sleep as a result.
