Had a great start in Nice. As far as the accommodation is concerned:

Good communication before and during stay (email about key collection went into my junk so I didn’t find it and had to connect them, everyone very helpful)
Key collection from just around the corner so easy
Excellent location right in the heart of the old town which is great
Very clean apartment
Comfortable bed
Great shower and towels / toiletries provided
Perfect for what we needed

Website description is inaccurate, there’s no hot tub or dishwasher (although we weren’t desperate to have either of these so not too worried about this
Key collection if only available 4-8pm - not an issues for us but could be if you arrive late
It was REALLY noisy overnight until 3-4am every night but there was a week of celebrations going on so may not be so noisy at other times
Apartment is good value compared to comparative places in Nice. E would be happy to stay here again
