Favorite hotel in Nice

I cannot say enough about this hotel. I had a last minute trip to meet my mom in Nice and she didn’t have room at her hotel- so I booked Ammi. I am a bit of a hotel snob and this was perfect for me. It is a combination of chic, comfortable, and convenient, without being overpriced. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nice. Amazing hospitality and a block from the beach.

I found this hotel last minute when our plans changed and we decided to go to niece. It was two blocks away from the beach at the center of town and even had a discounted deal at Blue Beach, one of the beach clubs. Our room was small, but the service and the hotel were wonderful. The staff there was extremely helpful and kind. The complimentary coffee and tea were absolutely delicious. The Café Latte in the lobby was maybe the best one I had in France. I lost count of how many I had. Would highly recommend staying here. They even had a pillow menu! They offer a breakfast for around €13 but there was a boulongerie two stores away with great morning options.

Well located comfortable hotel, with super staff

Well located hotel for the beach, Promenade des Anglais, and cafes/restaurants in Nice. Room was well appointed with a fridge, A/C, and modern furniture. Bed was comfortable and shower room was very good. Honesty bar, early check in and late check out were all useful to us. The staff were all excellent- friendly and helpful for all our requests. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful stay

This hotel came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Everyone said the checkin experience to be great. It was indeed. I arrived earlier than the check in time when the room wasn’t ready. Yet, the staff was very welcoming, friendly and spoke English well. The reception area was spacious with free coffee, fruit juice, cookies, and apples. My room was a suite with kitchen well equipped. The location is super convenient. The sea is two blocks south, the tram is two blocks west, and the train station is about ten blocks north. A nice cheese store is next door, two butchers’ and a Boulangerie just steps away, and a vegetable store and an Italian deli across the street. Super convenient if you are up to make your own meals. The only thing to watch out is that the store owners seem to enjoy life so much that they may not open their stores when they are supposed to. On the day of arrival the hot water system went out. The staff was very apologetic and the next day they took quick action and fixed the problem. The staff gave me free breakfast and a box of the Fragnord soaps to make up for the lack of hot shower for a night. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I am sure you will too.

Since my French is limited, I really appreciated that all of the front office staff spoke fluent English. They were very helpful in recommending restaurants things to do and when I checked out but had some time before I left the city they stored my bag very securely and I picked it up just before I left town. The room was pleasant a little on the small side, but I only stayed in one room so I can’t speak about the rest. The price was very reasonable and I would stay here again.
