Le plus intéressant est la situation à proximité de la promenade des Anglais, la climatisation et l'isolation de la porte fenêtre ainsi que la présence de produits d'hygiène et de soin. Par contre les cloisons sont très fines et le respect du silence après 23h aléatoire. L' équipement de cuisine est minimaliste.
