Looks nice from the outside, not a warm welcome though! On entering the room we were actually pleasantly surprised, on the surface all looked good, spacious, good ac. But then no quilt for the 3rd bed, the bathroom was quite vile and they need to do a lot of work, mild everywhere, grout missing from tiles, paper peeling, just felt dirty, won't return until sorted.

I stayed during two nights in this hotel. I shared room with two colleagues and it was quite small without nice views (inner courtyard). Not enough plugs and the bathroom very old. The ceiling was rusty, out-of-style hair dryer without no power and no cleaned properly. The WiFi didn't work at all and after complaint about it, they said probably too many people use it. The second night, they didn't put pillows in one of the beds. We requested them in reception and they said they didn't have more left and in the moment they changed the towels, they just put two when we were three people in the room. The buffet was very bad without fresh fruit, just few choices, 'fake' scrambled eggs, not fresh juice, bread and croissants. Hotel very disappointed, it doesn't look a 4 stars hotel because of service, equipment and rooms. The only good thing was that the hotel was just 10 min away from the closest train station to go to Monaco or Cannes.

The staaf is very kind and helped me get a different room on second day. Also in this room the bathroom was mouldy and outdated. The breakfast was okay but nothing fancy, your typical standard hotel breakfast.

Clean, modern hotel, with very helpful staff. Most of Nice is within easy walking distance and there are large numbers of restaurants only a couple of blocks away. The breakfast is much better than the "continental" style suggested by the website and had hot and cold food. Also liked the fact that the rooms had electric kettles (so unusual in France). We enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation.

There are a few minimum requirements for me to consider a hotel 4 stars. -One basic is proper Free Wifi. And here signal is very poor in the rooms and Veryyy Slow not even for browsing. -Second, if you dont have at least fresh orange juice in the breakfast I dont need to see the rest of it. Its pooor!! And for 14€ you deserve it. -Third. Bathroom..... this bathrooms are around 30 years old. Never renovated, just with some minimum maintenance to keep them working. Yellow bath curtain, very used and old bath, stains all around and very old and underpowered hair drier.

I booked the hotel through Where the booking originally appeared to be Free Cancellation.. when I booked the hotel I got confirmation that it is Non Refundable.. seems to be a very inappropriate and disturbing thing from both and the Hotel .. I contacted them ( while my booking is after 1 month ) requesting cancellation as my travel logistics has changed.. It was very surprising to read that they will not refund my money (1200€ ) and if I wish to cancel I will be charged 100%.. If that's a five star hotel this issue will be solved However for hotels like this it Seems that they can NOT sell or promote their hotel.. Forcing people to stay in your hotel will not make you a 5 star or even 3 stars.. Seems to be a very disappointing hotel .. very cheap in the way how they deal with people.. and I am certain if they can not fix an issue like this then it means their service quality will be below standards .. Even if I have to stay in this hotel I will be posting every details for the hotel to highlight their shortfalls !! Terrible decision making and disappointing experience before even starting ..

Sadly, this hotel has really gone downhill since my last visit. Stains, dirt, bad smell, a chair with its cover torn off, a broken sink ... Will not stay here again. I tried changing rooms but the alternatives were no better. New hotel tomorrow.

We stayed at this hotel three nights here. The staff at the reception were unexpectedly friendly. Very clean and large rooms, with enough equipment you need. Affordable prices too. Only downside is the location, it was located a bit far away from the hustles and bustles or the promenade. Still recommended if you do not mind to walk a bit before reaching the city centre.

Location - Nothing amazing, quite far from most things but not too far. It is fine but nothing special Service - Decent enough, nothing memorably good or bad Facilities - Poor. I would expect a lot more - a gym or a restaurant would make a big difference Rooms - Lighting is a major issue and the only lights of note are the bathroom light and bed side table lamps. No main lighting meant the room was very gloomy. Noise - The elevators are very loud and can be heard from the room. The walls are very thin and when next door is watching TV or talking loudly you can make out every word. Overall - An unmemorable stay. Not horrendous and not amazing. Average.

I stayed at this hotel from 7th to 10th October and Ms Analisa was so cooperative in spite of us asking wanting us so many information and always she responded with a smile.. Buffet was Good ..but bathrooms need upgrading or else all was superb
