Very spicy room! (Portsmouth room). Great water pressure and comfy bed. The added champagne, fruit and cheese plate was a a a nice surprise! We ate dinner there and they have excellent crab cakes! Breakfast was delicious too!

Room was clean and staff was very friendly … I liked the restaurant attached, the stay includes free breakfast each morning in the restaurant ..not you typical hotel breakfast buffet..very good …a little store or vending machines for drinks and snacks would be a nice addition and added benefit for guests . Overall we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to friends and family going to visit Niagara ..

We stayed in the Windermere suite and it was beautiful. Had an amazing view with a fireplace and a living room area, nice and spacious and big. It was perfect because it was snowing so it was nice to relax from the cold in our room/suite!! The breakfast was very tasty every morning and we had dinner in the dining room by the fireplace absolutely gorgeous. The smell from the fireplace was amazing and the staff was exceptional, definitely will be back.
