First room assigned to us smelled terrible, as if blasted with an air freshener after smoking. Room had no phone, most lamps were not working. After complaining they promptly gave another room with hard wood floors. Smelled better, lights were working, no phone, buttons were ripped out literally. Non smoking rooms but still smelled bad. The area looked like a dump. The staff were courteous and prompt. That was the only upside. Just spend a few extra bucks and stay at a better place.

I called for an early check-in and there was no issues getting accommodated. It was nice quite enjoyed my sake. Got to see the water. I definitely recommend staying there and the receptionist were so personable, friendly and very sweet. My TV did not work and they immediately switched it out for one that did I enjoyed my stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower with plenty of towels. I wasn’t looking for a five star hotel at a two star price and the Econo Lodge fit my needs perfectly. I was in town to attend the Niagara Falls Fishing Show and was looking for a room just to sleep and shower. I thought the complimentary breakfast was pretty lame, nothing to drink but coffee, some type of fruit juice would have been nice. And while snow and ice are to be expected in Niagara Falls in February, I was surprised that the parking lot was allowed to remain an icy mess the whole time I was there, with no attempt made to plow, or at least salt the area, because even walking across the lot was very slippery. That being said, I would definitely stay at this hotel again and thought it was a good bargain for what I needed.

I just wanted a place to stay by myself If I had plenty of money I would stay there longer but I got robed and thay sold 200.00 so I checked out tomorrow
