The heating/cooling system was noisy and especially when we were trying to sleep. The staff members were first rate and customer focused. Although the facility is a bit dated, the excellent service made up for that.

The room was clean and had a pleasent scent. Hotel common areas were clean too! I interacted with 6 staff during my stay. 5 were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. One wasn't unfriendly but no warm feeling and was not helpful. She actually walked away and said I would need to ask the other staff memeber. The other staff member had a line of 3 people, I had to wait for her to finish with(understandably). Then as there had been no communication passed on, I had to explain my question again. This associate was very friendly and was able to answer my question immediately. And she apologized for the wait which was not her fault. This event did not sit well with me.
