Convenient hotel with a helpful staff. It also had a good breakfast for us everyday. nice pool and private beach for customers who live here. The room was clean and comfortable. highly recommend for everyone.
It s a good hotel with acceptable price. The location is great, although it takes 500m from the beach. Breakfast & meals r delicious and fresh. Staff s very friendly. I stayed 1 nights this month (2017, March) and feel really comfortable.
Stayed at the TTC Hotel Premium-Michelia for four nights in the last part of April, 2017. The hotel is located at the far end of the tourist area in Nha Trang and a convenient block away from the beach. The hotel itself while newer, could probably use a bit of TLC in places, but certainly not anything that would inconvenience the traveler. My room was awesome with spectacular views of the Nha Trang waterfront. It was clean and comfortable and well maintained. There were a few areas that could've used some minor repair, but I've seen much worse in much better hotels and I have no real complaints with it. It was both quiet and comfortable and I slept well. The service at this hotel was excellent. These individuals have to resolve the needs of many different cultures and languages. From what I could tell, the guests are primarily Russian followed by Chinese, Australian, US and Vietnamese. Keeping all of these distinct groups happy is no small feat and the hotel staff does an exceptional job of it. I checked out of the hotel for one day during my stay. They held my old room, held my luggage and did my laundry while I was gone and did it all perfectly without any complication. They all seemed so happy to accommodate me. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but I'd avoid the evening seafood buffet. All in all, a great stay and I would definitely stay there again, particularly for the extremely reasonable price.
Loved the hotel Michelia. Stayed at this hotel when I went the second time to Vietnam. Hose service and maintenance at a high level. Especially liked the work of the Manager on work with clients. Her name is Masha, she is very good at advising on any issues and very fluent in different languages . I advise to address for consultation to Masha, works very well . p.s. Aleksandr
We stayed at the Michelia last year and have come back for a second visit, very friendly and helpful. Extensive breakfast buffet. The pool was great. We stayed on 8th floor, with a view facing the sea. You can enjoy on the balcony, bedroom and bath. Given that the majority of guests to Na Thrang are Russians and Chinese, the hotel staff primarily speak Russian followed by Chinese, it would be beneficial if more basic English was taught to staff as this can be frustrating at times as a lot of staff do not understand basic English There is a reserved beach area that is popular and good for swimming... even when it was full, the supervising staff made efforts to make lounges or shaded areas available. Nha Trang has developed enormously since our last visit and, given that, the location is particularly good, a block back from the busy main esplanade. The hotel is a great location and has fantastic staff but as Australian tourist it would be beneficial if more basic english was taught to relevant staff.
Lovely hotel located close to beach. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist with all of the diverse guests. Nha Trang is very popular with Russian families, the staff speak Russian and English and I think also Chinese. Breakfast is more than adequate, with good selection of hot and cold dishes. Lunch and dinner are only just reasonable in price but there are lots of restaurants around that you might like to try. There is a very good swimming pool with two spa's (cold water). Around 6.30pm there is a projector showing videos on the large screen above the pool. Taxi prices are very reasonable, so they are a viable means to get you around to the sights. There is only one hiccup to a top score and that is the shower in the bath. The shower has been added to an existing bath but no alterations have been made to tiling (which sits approx. 3 inches below lip of tile) this creates a river running around the tub and onto the floor. The bath sits quite high and exiting is quite awkward.
Stayed at this hotel once and will stay again. I requested for a high floor room and facing the beach and was not disappointed by the staff and the view! The hotel is located 1/2 a block from the beach and a few blocks from Dam Market. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. I had asked for recommended restaurants and was suggested one great place that I visited twice in my 5 day stay. The did not just recommended the hotel restaurant which shows how friendly the staff are and how they want to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast is included with the stay and there were many tasty choices to choose from. The hotel lobby is bright and welcoming, the rooms were big and comfortable. The pool was a nice place cool off from the hot and humid sun to take a swim. Overall, I really enjoyed this hotel and wished my stay here was longer!
We stayed at the Michelia two years ago and returned this year with our adult daughter. We each had comfortable rooms with balconies and sea views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Extensive breakfast buffet. The pool was great. There is a reserved beach area that is popular and good for swimming... even when it was full, the supervising staff made efforts to make lounges or shaded areas available. Nha Trang has developed enormously since our last visit and, given that, the location is particularly good, a block back from the busy main esplanade.
Helpful staff. Hotel itself doesn't live up to its star rating and could be improved. Old furniture in rooms and lobby. Given that the majority of guests to Na Thrang are Russians and Chinese, the hotel staff primarily speak Russian followed by Chinese. This is not a criticism but came as a welcome surprise and cultural eye-opener. Best porridge coupled with worst pool.
My family enjoyed our stay here a lot. The room and bed were amazing and relaxaing. The location is perfect near private beach. The hotel had a really nice swimming pool breakfast was the top and staffs were outstanding who were very helpful and have a nice attitude.
