Arrived for 9 day visit to nha trang and was lucky enough to choose sunrise. Pick up drop off service from the airport was used and worked smooth. Hotel is faultless in standard. Great pool for the kids and us. Pool staff and barman looked after us all week. Private area on the beach with beds. Looked after by nhien who always wondered how we were enjoying ourselves. Put simply of all the hotels in nha trang you won't find better. Hit!!! Don't miss

This was the 3rd time my partner and I have been to Nha Trang and it was by far the best hotel we have stayed in! From the individualised service to the breathe taking views, I could not fault hotel! We arranged an air port transfer, which proved to be more than just a means of transportation to the hotel, the gorgeous lady (who's name I have forgotten how to spell, and the app is not allowing me to attached a photo of, unfortunately) and driver stopped along the way to the city so we were able to take photos and enjoy the views. Excellent service continued through out our stay at the pool, bars, restaurant, concierge and the security team who will help you cross the busy street to the private beach area. Highly highly recommended this hotel to everyone!

The hotel gave us a free upgrade, a quiet room with perfect sea view. Everything's good, breakfast was okay, service was good, but the swimming pool was too small. Most importantly, we would like to thank Nhien for her hospitality and service. She gave us a very warm welcome, and her smile is contagious. An outstanding staff member!

This hotel was a good choice for food (both in the hotel and for local food) and the beach. We liked that it was at the top end of Nha Trang beach and not near the more touristy, noisy other end. The hotel is in a classic style, and has a specific dress code (although this seemed to be largely ignored). Compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at it was a little dated and frayed around the edges, but still exudes old fashioned luxury. The pool is one of the hotels best features with a well timed happy hour and a good pool bar. The staff were pretty good, but we didn't interact much with them because this was the relaxing beach stay part of our holiday. All of the rooms have a view, but the higher floors have the best views. I would stay again.

We stayed here as a family with 2 adult kids. Mostly this place is pretty amazing, the rooms are lovely, the staff are great... friendly and accommodating. The pool is stunning (when available) and the breakfast was very good, with options to cover all appetites. A minor gripe happened upon initial check-in when our kids were upgraded to a Club Room and we were tucked off to the side of the building in a room, which although reasonably nice was directly in line with the road and left us feeling disappointed and annoyed. I believe it should be an absolute rule-of-thumb that when a group checks in, one party should not be shown preferential treatment like this. It only leads to resentment and disappointment for the party not upgraded and is not a good start to a holiday. Fortunately our discontent was noted and an hour after we had been shown our room and unpacked, we were told that another Club Room had become available if we should like to move... we did. Holiday happiness returns, hotel redeems itself. My second gripe... and I will not call this minor as I believe it was totally unacceptable on the part of the hotel... the night before our last day, we were all left letters on the end of our beds when we arrived home from dinner, informing us that the pool would be closed to us the following afternoon because they were having a wedding on there. This was to be our final day in Vietnam before flying home to winter and we would not be allowed to use the pool from 1pm onwards, our plans for a final Happy Hour by the pool… gone. Now this is a 5 Star Hotel and in my view, the swimming pool is for the guests, not the setting for some rich persons wedding. Yes there is a beach across the road but it's pretty dirty with a lot of rubbish and flotsam floating past so definitely not the first port of call. We did go to the beach that day as the pool was so crowded the morning of the closure that we couldn't sit by the pool then either, as everybody else had taken all the chairs due the impending closure of the pool. On a previous day that we had visited the beach we were offered a drinks and food menu and there was a security chap there to make sure you crossed the road safely. On the day of the pool closure, all staff seemed to be busy elsewhere, probably helping with the setup of their precious wedding. These are first world niggles I know… but when you pay to stay at a top hotel, you expect to be looked after and you expect to be able to freely use the hotel facilities. I think it is totally unacceptable to prevent your paying guests the use of the hotel swimming pool so as to make extra money by hiring it out to a wedding party. IF all guests had been informed of this prior to booking, or at least informed of this when checking in and offered some alternative or recompense then maybe it wouldn't have been so bad, but we were all left annoyed and frustrated and not at all happy about this turn of events the night before our last day. We weren't offered any alternative, just told that was what was happening. Apart from these 2 things, I still think the Sunrise is probably one of the nicer places to stay in Nha Trang, it’s right on the beach and overlooks the whole bay and the views from the rooms and the 10th floor bar are pretty spectacular. The spa is excellent and my husband had, according to him, the best hot stone massage... ever. I would definitely have given them a 5 star rating were it not for the closing of the hotel pool for profit. I would hope they have second thoughts about their sales team selling further weddings at the poolside as I’m sure we are not the only paying guests that were upset by this. We felt especially upset by it because it ruined our last day of holidaying.

This is a great hotel. I had an ocean view room. The pool was nice and was not crowded. This is in the heart of Nha Trang. It's only a few minute walk to the shopping center, and about a 10 minute walk to Skylight (open roof bar). The facilities were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and food was pretty good (I only had one meal there). Overall, I would stay here again.

Been staying here for the past 5 days and we have absolutely loved it. From the staff serving poolside up to the 10th floor bar - service has been outstanding. Thoroughly recommended - excellent restaurants, room and facilities.

I loved staying at this hotel! It is located in a very central and convienent part of Nha Trang and everything you could want is within walking distance. Our room was beautiful, everything was very clean and working. The view down to the pool and over the ocean was amazing.....offers the perfect sunrise photo opportunity. The buffet breakfast we had each day was excellent, really good variety of food with both western and Vietnamese options. Service is outstanding, all the staff are friendly and always helpful. An at reception is particularly efficient, professional and did whatever we needed to make our stay the best it could possibly be. The pool and pool area is stunning and very clean. The pool staff were very helpful and very attentive; whatever we needed was never to much trouble. We took a city tour and island tour while we were there and had Thao as our guide. He is the best tour guide we have had in our travels and went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Stayed 6 nights and was very sad to leave.

I booked through Agoda for 2 rooms which was done with ease as was check in.I booked 1 basic room & a suite room, which had lounge & a spa,the basic room had a balcony that you could sit outside as the suite didn't.This room was on the other side of the resort which was ok for us as we have older children. Was it worth the extra money I'm not sure. The breakfast was fantastic & catered for all.The resort was in a great spot & the staff were very helpful. The negatives would be it seems very spread out with lots of empty areas. It would be great to have a bar area outside but not on the Main Street which would of been more inviting for guests.

4 night stay and would have loved to stay longer. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a nice cold drink and check in was a breeze. Our room was lovely overlooking the pool and magnificent ocean views. So many food choices in the hotel and loved the happy hour at the rooftop bar. The pool was so nice and relaxing and the staff could not do enough for us. Getting back to your room each night to find chocolates and bottled water was such a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel for the peace and tranquility it was amazing.
