The hotel is within walking diistance of many restaurants and tourist shops, and directly opposite the sea, so the view from seaview rooms is lovely, especially with the small table and chairs to actually sit out there. The only criticism is the noise from traffic on the roundabout (the usual Vietnamese constant honking of horns!), though this cannot be blamed on the hotel itself. Also during our visit there was a festival on the space between the road and the beach, with constant noise day and night, repetitive music until 11pm, though on the plus side to this we did see some amusing 'local' entertainment from our balcony. The room was comfortable, and bathroom ok, despite the very low shower and strange large window into the bedroom! Breakfast buffet was, as usual in Vietnam, mostly to local tastes, obviously, with a nod to western tastes (despite a large number of Russian guests) with cold cuts, cheese etc and eggs cooked to order. Staff do not all speak English, but do their best to accomodate guests requests. The most impressive touch, however, was that we arrived on the evening of my birthday, and next evening when we returned to our room a cake had been delivered - much appreciated.
The hotel is lovely. Very clean and in a great location just across from the beach. The showers were the best yet in Vietnam! The only thing I would suggest is the staff to improve on their English skills.
The buffet breakfast was great! Hotel was in a really good location with lots of cafes and restaurants around, beach is also just across the road. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Stay again.
Xavia Hotel is a very nice place, a bit distanced from the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang but very close to a beach that is empty during the day and gets crowded in the evening. I found the staff very polite and acoomodating, also with our two noisy little kids... they kept smiling and always offered help. Breakfast is plenty, there is a choice for everyone, pool was great, cleanliness is good, too. I would visit again!
We did ourselves a favour. And stayed at the xavia. The food had plenty of flavour. From the heat, the pool was our saviour. The staff put up with our behaviour. The cost wasn't major. I turned off my pager. And forgot about labour. HAPPY DAYS! Thanks for a wonderful stay
Very modern room and amenities. Very clean. Beautiful ocean view. Nice to spent time with drink at balcony. Delicious breakfasts. Tasty food in restaurant for reasonable prices. Near the bus station. Nice staff.
This is a double - edged review. Firstly, the Xavia Hotel. Superb! Views from every vantage point. Impeccably clean. Well, beyond clean really. Personally written note with fruit plate to welcome us. Drink voucher for poolside. Happy, smiling and helpful staff. Close to a far less-congested section of beach. Our short stay will leave an indelible impression in my memory. Secondly, Trip Advisor itself. I stayed at many hotels in Vietnam during this and an earlier trip. The most outstanding hotels I stayed in were those I found using Trip Advisor. As far as I am concerned, Trip Advisor should be every tourist's bible.
On arrival was informed that we had been upgraded to the premier Xavier sweet, how lucky were we, our stay, our room was magnificent, the ocean views were amazing, my fiancee and I could have a bath with ocean views. The staff service was exceptional, they helped us with everything, including renting a scooter, breakfast was sensational, the personal touch of hand written notes in our hotel room to welcome us. Would highly recommend. Can not get back there soon enough. Thank you to the Xavier hotel and all the staff.
We were here for 3 nights. Honestly I didn’t want to leave. We paid for an ocean view, but they upgraded our room to a super view on the 16th floor. The room was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was huge with fresh eggs and different selections every day. Very good. We didn’t spend much time at the pool, but it looked very nice and I wish we had. It’s at the end of the strip, but that meant it’s more quiet. And one street over was truly authentic Vietnamese food. None of that touristy stuff. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I extended my stay because the sis a great hotel with superb staff. I would stay again and look out for Xavia as my first choice next time I'm in Nha Trang - everything was excellent: location, breakfast, gym, pool, staff, taxi arrangement to return to airport was reasonably priced, room service great, strong wifi. Couldn't ask for more given what I paid.
