There was some difficulty at first as on the webpage i could not book a room for 1 night, Ended up booking the room via email. If the hotel can upgrade webpage,it would be really helpful. Besides room, food, staff were great. Oh my package included fullboard with Vinpearl land park entry which is very convinience. Recomended for who is considering to visit.

Thi place was beautiful and reasonably priced but the things they didn't tell you. ....bets to get the option with all meals supplied as they sting you with tax and service fees every time you eat in a restaurant. They have a few things to do but not helpful in explaining any of them. So eventually I discover dates Yoga classes but only got one in as they weren't every day. We went to Vineperal Land but again only discovered by accident if you stay at the resort some or all of the rides have a VIP line if you have your room card on you. Staff were friendly but compared to other parts of Vietnam they seemed over it. Really good food in Jasmine restaurant. Though everything is super expensive compare dot mainland vietnam and they charge for bottled water in the restaurants, No other options. Pool were great. Not too many pope there which was great. Their were jelly fish which stung in the sea. Apparently this doesn't happen all year round. Just wen we were there end of May.

2 nights on the island but i couldn't travel all of the places on that! Nice sea view room, perfect food, a lot of activities..Wonderful! I'll come back, with my little family! Thanks a lot,Vin Crews!

I really enjoy the food here, buffet with a large number of choices from Western food to local food. The beach is clear so you can see the small fishes swimming around. The room is clean. My kids really like amusement and water park. We had a good time there and will come back.

This place blew my mind, quiet enough to feel like you're on your own in Paradise yet busy enough to avoid feeling isolated. A perfect balance and staff could not help enough. Very well decorated with loads of facilities

My family and I stayed here from April 25-April 27,2019. It was only for 2 nights, wish we stayed a little longer. This resort compared to Vinepearl Discovery 1 was more out dated. We stayed at Discovery 1 from April21-April 25. The rooms were not as nice. Everything was still excellent though, it was clean, the food, drinks, staff, the beach and the pool were all amazing. The only thing I would suggest to management is, give everyone hand sanitizer before the enter the buffet restaurant. Not everyone washes their dirty hands.

We went at Easter this year and temperature and weather was awesome like 32-34 degrees, ocean temperature 28 and swimming pool probably 30+ degrees! The hotel is fairly big in size, with 2 restaurants, 1 pool bar and a truly huge swimming pool, plus another adults one. The buffet is quite big with quality way above average from experience, pretty good in fact. Good thing is, because majority of customers are Vietnamese and Russians, there are plenty of different food to experience, which is nice. Same at the restaurants for diner, and the price is quite good considering you can't go elsewhere (all restaurants belong to a single owner on the island)... plenty of choice and good food. Swimming pool is so good and water so warm, kids of 3 and 6 can enjoy playing in the huge pool with very little supervision as it's only 0.8m deep for most of it! Absolute highlight of the hotel, kids ended up playing like 4 or 5 hours a day in a 30 degrees water, with daddy having fun too! You can play basketball and water polo in the pool as well, so pretty good all around. NEGATIVE: English - People do not speak English (some think they do) which can be very frustrating in some instances, no matter who (or what you ask) - waiters, reception, amusement park, taxi etc... so just be aware. Advice is to speak to Russians at reception, very useful. Kids club - There is a kids club (very good looking), however carers only speak Vietnamese and have no skills to look after or entertain kids. Kids are either Vietnamese or Russian, so if you have only a single kid from another country, it might be challenging. Again, just be aware. TIP: For a family of 4 with 2 young kids (3 and 6), we didn't bother with the shuttle from the airport. Shuttle is cheaper but every 30min, few stops along the way and you probably have to jump into a cab to your hotel anyway (from the last stop). If you go taxi, make sure the cab agrees to the airport rate, 350 000 VND (about $23 AUD) and not meter rate, otherwise much more expensive. For info, it is written down on the taxi dashboard. TIP: For VinPearl Land, buy your ticket from the hotel instead, that’ll give unlimited access to the park for the day, which means you can go back to your hotel at some point (great for kids) and come back later on!

Despite the hotel rooms being a little outdated and older, they more than made up for it with the other facilities around. Vinpearl Land was amazing and always updating, expanded hugely since the last time I was here in December 2013 with heaps of things to do. Within the hotel, the resort's buffet options were delicious, the pool and gym facilities are very well maintained and VERY large and the service from the employees are still very good despite how busy the resort is. I've been twice and I will probably go again, albeit in a few more years.

The hotel was set in a beautiful location but even that could not outweigh the terrible customer service we received. From the start we had troubles. When we tried to book a room and transfer from hotel they requested a passport and we emailed back a photocopy, they then replied that they needed the original passport not just a copy... while we were still in Europe and had not even booked the room. After many emails back and forth they agreed it was fine to show the passport on arrival. Once we got there we faced several issues with them checking our credit cards and their card readers not working. After we paid they then ran after us on our way to the room claiming we hadn’t paid it all, which we actually had so it all resulted in a double payment that we didn’t notice until we were checking out. The villa itself had a beautiful view but it wasn’t properly cleaned. The final straw was on check out where we got to the reception we asked one of the receptionists which car we should get into for our transfer (the one we had double paid originally) and after 3-4 confirmations we got in a car. When we arrived at the airport the driver insisted we pay him again, it turned out the receptionist had placed us in a normal taxi and not the transfer we booked. When we called the hotel to help us with the situation or at least return the money for the transfer, the only response we got was that it was our mistake and fault. Honestly, this hotel although beautiful is a complete disaster in terms of customer service. Would not recommend to anyone as it completely ruined our otherwise amazing experience in many cities across Vietnam.

My family love the privacy of the beach and accommodation of the hotel staff. The food is nice but its better to do some in-room dining if you for a cheaper cost rather than eating at their restaurant. The theme park was great and make sure you stay more days to complete all those VINPEARL Tourist attraction at Nha Trang.
