The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but the service was absolutely terrible as they forgot to clean our room and when asked why, they could not provide a reason. We requested toilet paper twice as they provide only 1 roll/day - the first time, they never came as we had to use alternative means, the second time, they didnt answer the front reception line so my husband had to go down to request it (finding the front desk attendant playing on his phone), they came an hr later....just terrible. The breakfast buffet wasnt great nor sub-par, unless you like bland, cold, and limited options - it was so bad, we ate out for breakfast. Upon checkout, they said that 2 sets of slipppers were missing, thus we had to go back to the room to find it - they were both in the room, just not in the cupboard where they were originally placed. They also wanted us to pay for a robe that was taken by housekeeping the day prior - as we were now running late for our flight out, they agreed to complete final checkout with a settlement of 200k dong, as they originally wanted 500k.

Location, location. One of the best hotel in Nha Trang, right next to the night market and central of Nha Trang tourist attractions. Room spacious, clean, good service, good breakfast. Just don’t like the air conditioner, sometime not working in the middle of the night. Overall one of the best hotel.

Love this hotel - clean, comfy and great service

This hotel is immaculate and perfectly located. Bed is super comfy and rooms are big with excellent air con! Breakfast is reasonable, (also free), best to get in early as some things don't get replaced once gone. Decided to book extra nights- you won't find better for the price. Service is exceptional.

The staffs in this hotel are nice and helpful. They are able to provide assistance toward your need. Hence, i am able to find delicious local food within the city. And manage to go for day trip like go to Dalat to explore more of the local life. A staff name Triu help me a lot for give me reference to where i can have the best view shooting on the city and the best 5 popular place in Nha Trang. She even show me the photos of these place to show me how beautiful these place are. I really have a pleasure stay in this hotel.

We stayed in 2 rooms suite. One of the doors can’t be closed. And all elevators stopped for more than 15 minutes. I walked 11 floors until back to normal. Otherwise everything was good.
