Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The rest of the experience for this 5 star hotel was extremely disappointing. For a party of 4 staying in a suite, we were given 3 towels. Every single towel was dirty with stain mark and some smelled like someome had just smoke into them. None of the phones in the room were operational. There was a kitchen with a cooktop and fan but no utensils whatsoever. The only mini fridge in the room was broken. Closet lights in both bedrooms were flickering nonstop, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, this was no where near the experience we were expecting from a 5 star Vinpearl hotel.

There’s no bad view in any room. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was great. There is always taxis in front to provide transportation and they are great with pricing and availability. I can not stress enough how amazing this place is

There were a couple of staff members that deserved special mention. Mai was always there when we needed something. She made our trip special. Also Luan she worked the front desk was very helpful with transportation and places to see and go. We had a wonderful experience at the VinPearl Empire.
