The staff took note that we are vegan and ensured a special meal was prepared for us everyday at breakfast. They went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. They also were very helpful in finding things in the area and were receptive to requests we had and addressed them promptly.

Large hotel in tourist area. It’s clean, has good facilities and very helpful staff. Great choice for breakfast and staff coped well with large number of guests. Outside pool was refreshing and had plenty of chairs and space

Its a nice stay, 3 days is not enough, I would back again. The hotel have a quite good location, only 5 mins walk to beach, and provided sea chair and towl. Hotel upgrade my room, sea view is great. The house keeping need up more, broke or took my personal things. Staff are kind and polite, helpful. Breakfast is ok, but too much groups, a little bit noisy.

It was amazing that we got automatically upgrade to a better room with a good view of the city. The manager and staff were very friendly and polite. They provided very good information and recommendations for our sight seeing trips in the city. We shall come back next time travelling to Nha Trang.

Beautiful Hotel; 5 minute walk to the beach

A beautiful hotel very close to the beach! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They helped us with several things! Also, the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal! I've never had so many choices for breakfast in my life! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nha Trang!

QUITE PLEASED

Great location and wonderful hotel in the heart Nha Trang. We were upgraded to a corner room on the 16th floor with 2 balconies and beautiful sea view. Room was large with many amenities. The 4th floor pool, gym and their private access to the beach enhanced our stay. Nice huge buffet breakfast and very helpful staff. Wish our stay was longer than 2 nights. Excellent value and will surely return soon.
