When i unfortunately slipped and fell at the hotel, ( ping pong area), As a result of this accident, I suffered a severe fracture of my femur, which was broken into three pieces. I later required surgery involving metal screws and intensive medical treatment.
What deeply concerns me is the extremely poor level of assistance I received from the hotel staff after the fall. Despite my serious condition and intense pain, I did not receive proper emergency support. I was left suffering at the hotel for approximately three hours before being transported to the hospital. In my opinion, this is a major failure in guest safety and emergency response, especially for a well-known international hotel chain such as Radisson .
I respectfully request that Radisson Hotel thoroughly investigate this incident and provide a fair and reasonable resolution. I look forward to your prompt response and sincere handling of this matter.
