Cons: - food tastes average only, but is expensive. There is limited choice for breakfast - staff are friendly and trying hard to fulfill their responsibilities but they seem not efficient. Sometimes they dont know how to handle unexpected incident or customer valid complaints - bath tub and shower are hard to use - Balcony with view to ocean is very big, but there is only a simple set of a round table and 2 rustic chairs. No further furniture nor decoration is seen, which make the balcony look pathetic - Not many beach activities. This resort is more suitable for resting and relaxation. - There are several dangerous steps leading to beach and swimming pool without any means to provide caution to customers. I hit these steps with my poor toes at least 4 times. Pros: - shuttle bus to and from Nha Trang city operates on a timely basis - Private beach is clean and well equipped with beach chairs and big umbrellas
We choose Duyen Ha resort for our honeymoon. Room decoration is romantic. Nice beach to swim. I love swimming pool too. It is clean and warm water. Everything is perfect except receptionist. Duyen Ha resort is quite and suitable for relaxing
We already have been there before, just a short couple trip. Because we saw how the resort is nice and could welcome our children we decided to come back with all family The staff was great, professional, friendly and helpful. We had big pull villa, the place was quiet, the bed so big and comfortable. We spend a lot of time in the swimming pool. A lots of activity to do there, unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all. good choice of food and wine list. The Kids club was perfect, our daughters enjoyed to stay there and played with another kids. They had fun everywhere and we had also a moment to enjoy the spa with my husband. The Karaoke room was really nice and we had good time there. For me it’s perfect place to go if you have kids, but can also very good place for a couple who want to rest.
We stayed over the weekend with my husband and got an upgrade to an one bedroom villa. Amazing! Thats one word that describes it best! Very spacious with partially separated sitting area and bedroom part with big and comfy bed. The best though was the bathroom with an outside shower and bathtub - its just cool to have the lights out and shower under the stars! Staff is very polite and competent and gave their best to make our stay memorable. Will come back for sure.
Very cool place. Here rested. The family was satisfied. Breakfasts are great. The sea view is very pleased. Housekeeping is on top. The beach is very clean. Kind and helpful hotel cleaners. All recommend.ool place. Here rested.
For a weekend break with the family, we were once again as guests at Duyen Ha Resort in Cam Ranh. Like last year we got the pool villa 7117. The whole stay was a dream. Our seven year old grandson was from the early morning in our house pool, on the beach and in the two large pools in the area. Already at check-in we noticed in addition to the great friendliness and since last year significantly enhanced competence of the staff. This also applies to all other areas in the Duyen Ha Resort. We have been traveling through Vietnam for months for more than ten years and are well aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the local service staff. Here at Duyen Ha we have to congratulate the management for successfully training and upgrading their workforce. Even the initially poor English skills have improved significantly. Also the housekeeping did a very good job cleaning the villa and the evening service, as well as the drivers of the buggy cars, who drove us quickly to all desired destinations. The buffet breakfast at Beach House Restaurant is fantastic. Not only my wife and I, our Vietnamese godparent family was thrilled. On the first evening we enjoyed the very good 5 Course Western Set Menu. A delicious creation in Italian / Asian crossover cuisine. The only drawback for us is that there are still no regional wine offers. There we are and remain strong supporters, no matter in which southern country we are. It would be good if we also had a regional selection at the next visit. On the second night we wanted to return to the Beach House restaurant. As it was on the beach but a very loud wedding celebration we waived. We went instead to the Xin Moi restaurant, where a large buffet is offered. My wife and I are not really fans of the evening buffet. But the quality of this excellent buffet convinced us. It was a dream for our Vietnamese godparent family. On Sunday afternoon we checked out and drove home to Nha Trang. Our seven-year-old grandson was strangely depressed. At home, he sobbed for almost half an hour. When we asked him why, he answered: "I miss Duyen Ha Resort very much". That expresses everything.
We stayed at Duyen Ha Resort for 6 nights, together with our 2 daughters, aged 3 and 1.5 year so below review may not apply / interest everyone. Should point out that the weather was dreadful throughout our stay but all in all we still had a great time. We selected the 2 bedroom villa (lake side) which was definitely the best choice given the prevailing weather conditions as it was a bit easier to entertain our daughters. That said, even if the weather had been good, we would still recommend the villa as they are very spacious allowing parents some free time when the kids are asleep. Shame we never had a chance to use the external terrace and enjoy the peaceful environment. Also, the villas are located closer to the pool(s) / beach and restaurants. As mentioned earlier, the villa was very spacious with each bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. The villa has a separate living room, small kitchenette (although no utensils) and separate toilet. Table and chairs provided on the terrace overlooking the resort’s internal lake. Room cleaning; timings were a little inconsistent (in view of nap times) but was attended to by staff once pointed out. Wi-Fi very stable and fast throughout the resort. The grounds of the resort are beautifully landscaped and well maintained, various waterfalls and features present. Simply stunning. Food-wise; we made the mistake to order room service the first 2 nights as food was a little disappointing. Remaining nights we went to “The Beach House” restaurant and we found the food delicious, both for lunch and dinner. Staff are very accommodating and would do utmost to follow up on food requests to suit our young daughters. Special mention has to go to “My”, who was very welcoming and was best of friends with our eldest at the end of the holiday! The hotel has 2 pools, but unfortunately weather was so bad that we didn’t spend any time there so we can’t comment on kid’s activities / service / etc. Majority of time was spent in the kids club, which has plenty of toys, large ball pit, slides, swing, etc. Both our daughters loved it in there, but it became very repetitive as there was little interaction with the staff from the kid’s club. Some activities were scheduled on the roster but very inconsistent / not creative enough for the younger ones. Perhaps there is less demand when the weather is nice, but staff could have shown a little more enthusiasm to entertain / interact with the little ones. Again, due to the weather most activities / tours were cancelled but I’m sure Nha Trang has plenty of interesting sites to visit with children. Despite the weather, we still had a great time at Duyen Ha as at the end of the day it’s all about spending time with family regardless of weather. The area where Duyen Ha is located is up and coming, with lots of ongoing construction (neighboring resorts) so expect to see drastic changes in a few years’ time. We will definitely be back, but not in December / January!! (note - pictures were taken on our last day, when we had 2hrs of sunshine)
I searched in Google map, and chose Duyen Ha Resort for my family trip. I stayed at the pool villa, it included a minibar and a individual pool. It was a very huge villa for staying. I was able cook some food at the kitchen and I could order dinning easily. I used a shuttle for transport to Nha Trang city trip. It was very useful. It was very far to Nha Trang city, so the shuttle was very useful. The reception staff were very kind, and some can speak Korean, so it was very comfortable. There were two swimming pool, but they were all outdoor pool. When I stayed there it was rainy, so I felt little cold for swimming. Anyway it was a very clean outdoor pool. I would like to stay Duyen Ha again if I come back to visit Nha Trang-Cam ranh. I was very satisfied with the resort.
Nice property, nice gardens, large swimming pools Very good international food Staff totally dedicated to customers Ready to do the max for your satisfaction Very good experience at Duyen Ha Will come back and recommand
