The entire resort is beautiful with lots of greens but hardly any flowers. There are 2 restaurants. One is strictly for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The other is ala carte. We had our first meal there after check in and it was a big let down. The food in both restaurants were way below average. My teenage son and I were very disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. We expect more delicious food for a 5 star resort. Location of resort - only good if you want to be close to the airport. About 10min taxi to the airport costing about 20,000 VND. Hotel shuttle will cost you 60,000 VND. Get the hotel staff to call you a taxi. If you want to be close to outside food then staying here is not advisable. Absolutely nothing out there to eat. There are many local restaurants/shops but no one speaks a word of English and no English menu. You could get the hotel staff to recommend some seafood places nearby but to my experience the seafood we tried was bad too! Overly cooked grilled squid and fish. We liked the less crowded beach. Big pool but dirty and water was hot. The guests here were mostly Russians, and Vietnamese. Maybe one or two Korean families.

The goods: Despite some negative reviews on room conditions, our room and 2 other families' were quite decent, clean, offer a good panoramic view to the distanced ocean and the pool underneath. What we truly enjoyed was the uncrowded water park. Our kids loved it and spent most of the days in the park jumping pool to pool and slide to pipe. Again, despite of bad reviews on service, we didn't experience anything as such. Rather, most resort staffs we encountered were nice and polite, some were even spent more effort than they would have needed for us at the restaurant. The not-that-goods: Buffet, like others talked about, was horrific. No seafood, choices were abundant however weren't good. And the armies of guests swarming the buffet was overwhelming. We just wanted to eat something and get out as quick as possible. Menu was rather limited. Pizza, what the heck, pie crust instead of pizza crust? Other dishes were okay though, we liked most of our selections other than pizza. Guest atmosphere is something that one unlikely experiences before. I've never seen so many Russians in one place in Vietnam before, probably 70-80% of the entire guest population. Russians do not speak English neither do they offer you a smile at the crossed path. You could easily ignore this because they are not disturbing anyone's peace either. Just that they don't show warmth to other guests as you may experience from guests of other nations.

Well i don't know how to start with my review , i actually don't want to give this resort a bad review because i loved eveything about this place when i first arrived ( good room - delicious food - cool activities ) until i had some bad experiences while staying here. 1. When we arrived my husband and i saw a piano at the lobby with the sign " professional pianist only " and i'm sure i understand what it means , so after dinner my husband came and asked the staff nicely if he could play a song ( he is a professional pianist ) , and instead of rejecting nicely the staff had a very rude attitude towarded my husband while the other one was laughing at him . I didnt expect such an attitude like this at a 5* resort . 2. We booked 2 rooms ( 1 for my family and 1 for my mom and sister ) , on the day we checked out , my sister forgot her bikini and 2 iphone chargers in her room , but the staff didn't say anything about it when they checked the rooms for my check out, we needed to ask them again and they kept saying like " sorry , we didn't see your chargers and bikini " that led us checking our luggages again and again , and we still couldn't find them . I think i asked the staff 4 or 5 times and they kept say no , my mother got angry because it was impossible they couldn't find something that were in the room before and no one saw them ( especially housekeeping staff ) .Surprised ! After 15 mins of keeping say no , someone finally said she got our stuff . It doesn't make any sense . For me it must be someone who was greedy or not careful in her work . It was just my experiences staying here , i can say some individuals at your resort ruined my whole trip and my impressive about it.

The resort is far away from the city so it's very good for relaxing. It has beautiful view of East Sea. You can see the sun rise from your room and the moon on the sea. It has many of nice swinging pools. Nice beach. Highly recommend.

We stayed in suite room so we enjoyed the private swimming pool so much. The resort has a nice garden and clean and beautiful private beach. But there is a basic flaw in the room. The toilet system there did not work very well made us to change the room at the first night. The second room had the same problem so the staff had to fix it in a few hours. The foods in the buffet was not so good because it was seemly designed for Rusian all included tourists. The A-la-carte restaurant cooked much better than the buffet. The Kid Club staff spoke Russian only so it made me feel that the resort was for Russian only. The Resort is quite far from Nha Trang City and it is not easy to find a good restaurant nearby. There was a shuttle bus offered by the resort but it was always fully booked. It must be provided more shuttle bus to and back from the city to encourage people to stay there for longer vacation.

I was there with my friend. Riviera is a really beautiful place with high class accommodation. It's far from the center of Nha trang but the resort has bus to take customers to Nha trang center twice a day. Highly recommend

The resort is pristine and well designed right in front of the beautiful Cam Ranh Beach. Though a lot of Russians but they are all family oriented group, so it's fine with us as we also came with 2 children. Our room was upgraded to Seaview Pool Villas which was excellent. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise and sounds of waves...it's just heaven to stay here. Reception girl can speak many languages and service is good. Buffet breakfast comes with varieties of food from Asian, Western to Vietnamese. There is free shuttle service to the town centre. Room also comes with free spa service. We only stayed 2 days here, while another 2 days at town centre Rosaka Hotel, and we so regretted should have stay longer here than moving to city centre which is so much more noisier , hectic and dirty street.

I stayed in this resort for 1 1/2 days for a buisness trip, booked by the company that I was meeting in Nha Trang. First impression No real front office- just outside box style desks in an open roofed area - felt like a corridor No lobby area No bar area where you could have had a coffee after a night flight with any rest or sleep. Check in was delayed as the room was not ready and available, no place the shower and change for the first meeting. Came back after 2 hours the room was ready, clean and of nice size, lovely view of the beach from above (6floor). Low water pressure to have a relaxing shower. In room save too small for a laptop 13 inch and above sizes. Lunch buffet, not maintained, many dishes empty, buffet dirty, Food remains looked not nice in presentation and missed lack of ingredients- finess. No waiter service available, all inclusive!!!! Waiters only cleaned used and messy tables. As I was not part of their what lookef like single market customer, I went to the so called beach snack restaurant to eat. Arriving there, no customers inside, no tables set up, service staff busy on phones and group chatting. Large menu selection however as I was late already for lunch, I just settled for a club sandwich, which turned out to be okay, unfortunately it was served with cheese inside!!! Dinner Buffet was suppose to be Far Eastern night- sounded great, unfortunately it turned out worse then the lunch buffet. Unappealing food choice, very busy and the huge number of guest gave the restaurant the feeling of a trainstation, so i just ordered room service. Very limitted choice, so i choose a local beef & noodle soup, was good and some fried noodles, tasty but very greasy and small in size. I recalled Room service to collect the dirty dishes after I had finished, they never arrived, called back and places the empty dishes outside the door, where they stayed all night and still there when I went for breakfast the next morning. Overall not a realxing stay

Nice place to rest.... and a warm welcome by staff and correct procedures by the hotel,,, and very helpful a deserved one more visit ... a warm welcome and a great smile by staff and a superb breakfast every morning and taken care by staff...

I have hesitated for weeks if I should write a comment or not. Finally, I decided to do so helping other travellers to make a better choice we did. The pictures invite you to a luxury experiencebut wait until you arrive! I really have no problem with any travellers in the world but experiencing that 98% of all guests are Russian All Inclusive was something I never thought to expect in a so called luxury hotel. The guest are low class travellers, loud and rude with no behavior ( and I know Russians can be different) ... I was speechless about such guests and actually still I am! In short, the rooms are run down in maintenance... the food is barely to eat as it is of low quality ingredients and then even badly prepared. Its taste poisoning thats why we stayed away even from breakfast abd went for dining to a near by hotel...which we later moved to as we could not stand Riviera anymore... especially after my Vietnamese Girlfriend was harrasses and insulted by drunken Russian guests. The best recommendation - stay away from this as you will regret the money you spent for this non- service and non-luxury experience...
