Avoid at all costs. This booking turned into a very frustrating experience. When we arrived at the hotel, staff informed us that they had no record of our reservation and said the property had been fully booked well before our booking date. As a result, we were left without accommodation for our two-night stay, which caused significant disruption and stress. This situation should never happen with a confirmed booking. Extremely disappointed and would not consider booking or staying at this hotel again.
