The room was not ready upon arrival at 5:20 PM. Thank goodness i dressed for the concert prior to leaving my hometown. I would not have been able to get ready in my room like i originally intended. They called me when i was already in the concert like 5:47 to tell me the room was ready. I don't know why they didn't notify people beforehand that they were behind on cleaning, etc.
