I was awaken by BED BUGS eating me! Killed one, captured one and took it to the front desk. They moved our room.... the next day. We were then charged Again when we checked out! So my card was charged for (4) four nights, when we only stayed (2) two nights, one of which is supposed to be comp'd since I got ate up, plus a $100 deposit!

I am not sure if masks were required or not but much of the staff were not wearing them. They breakfast in a bag was ok. Nice, quiet and safe.

My recent stay at this hotel was my third time booking at the property in the past two years, but this time was a little different than before. I discovered upon arrival that the hotel is now charging customers an additional $100 fee if they book using "a third-party company online" (i.e. Orbitz, Travelocity, etc.), and the fee is "refundable in three to five days" as long as no damage is done. I didn't like that because, unlike other hotels that 'place a $50 hold to cover incidentals' (meaning your card is not actually charged unless damage is done), this hotel actually paid itself the $100 at check-in (the money was immediately withdrawn from my account), and now I have to wait for them to give my money back in a few days. So, after my experience a few days ago, my advice is to contact the property directly for booking to avoid being charged a $100 fee for "using a third-party online". ✅ It would be a good idea for Orbitz to inform its customers about this fee in advance, so customers don't get surprised when they arrive at the hotel and read the sign on the front desk counter. 🎯 Also, this hotel normally offers customers a warm cookie upon arrival but, due to COVID-19 concerns, they're unable to offer that at this time. 🙂

The a/c had to be fixed because it was 80 degrees when we entered and couldn't be changed. There were no sheets for the sofabed so we had to take some off the other bed to use and we also had no toilet paper. Not worth the price at all. Very disappointing

room was dirty, used the pull out couch, and there was old pizza, and waffles under it. not to mention all the candy rappers in the seat cushions.

it is a very nice property with nice facilities. I was disappointed with the breakfast. it was ok but could have used oatmeal and the turkey sausage wasn't good. I was disappointed that our room wasn't cleaned and made up.

The hotel was conveniently located to the interstate. The hotel needs a good deep cleaning. The carpet in the room and hallway needs to be cleaned. The nightstand in the room was was missing a lot of stain which didn’t make or break the stay it’s just this property needs updating. There was also a small hole in the ceiling from the area where the sprinkler used to be. The staff was friendly at check in and throughout the entire stay. The breakfast was not very good nor was the area clean. I would not stay at this location again. If they do some updating and cleaning this place would be a lot better.

There location is good with plenty restaurants close by, but the hotel over all was just so unclean

Property was bright and clean and staff was pleasant. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Toilet paper was awfull Breakfast selections were more in keeping with an economy hotel as was the coffee
