"The front desk staff are very nice. They work hard and are polite and professional. The housekeeping staff are efficient and deserve great accolades as the hotel is bright and spotlessly clean. It has been a real pleasure being a client of the Hammett Hotel. I read the book about the construction of the Hotel and it really is and amazing engineering phenomenally thought out and built building. It is really nice that in a town as historic as this that people are respecting the culture of the town."
