The kitchen offers brand new appliances and is stocked with a Keurig with K-Cups and an assortment of teas.

The patio separates the main house from the second bedroom, which is in a separate building that used to be an artist’s studio, providing ultimate privacy and a unique hideaway for guests.

Great stay in a beautiful town. This was perfect home for a father/daughter getaway, we had our own spaces. He stayed in the main house as he is an early riser, he could get up and make coffee and move about while I slept in the studio bedroom just steps away. I would recommend ear plugs as Saturday evening you could hear all the people walking the streets and traffic. There is also a church close by and the bells rang every hour. The rental is in a fabulous location, an easy walk to so many restaurants and shops. Parking is difficult around town and street parking is limited, so it was nice to have a dedicated parking spot just a few blocks away. The hosts were communicative and quick to respond to any questions while we were onsite. Overall a fabulous experience and we would definitely book again!

Checking in was super easy with the keypad. The house and studio were both clean. the studio did have a funny smell that the owners addressed right away, unfortunately after the cleaning the smell was still there. The location was perfect walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops. I stayed with my husband and children (3&5). i would love to stay here again with another couple but would not recommend for people with small children as my husband and i had to sleep separately with the second bedroom in a separate building, due to the smell in the studio he slept on the couch 2/3 nights while we were there. whatever the smell was not due to cleanliness and the owner said we were the first to report this.

A Perfect Find

We had the pleasure of staying here for two nights, and it was the perfect weekend getaway in an area with so so much to do. The place was a gem and beyond clean in an area that is centrally located near all shops, restaurants, and so much more. I was very happy with all of the accommodations and found the place to be exactly what was advertised only much much better! I look forward to revisiting this jewel of a place in Newport! I wish I found this place a lot sooner. You will be very happy you booked your stay
