Great communication with the host. As first time travelers to Newport, the host provided our group with great recommendations and advice for the area. The space was clean and spacious with a fantastic view of the waterfront. Moreover, the location was centrally located and great for walking to activities and restaurants. The rooftop deck also offered a 360 view of the Newport waterfront which was stunning and great for sunset pictures. I highly recommend this property for future travelers of Newport!

Great spot for everything!

What a wonderful time we had at this property. From the timely correspondence with the owner, to the ease of rental, to the actual property. The roof top was a must for morning coffee and afternoon libations! What a view!! The location was excellent as we did a lot of walking to see the sites. It is an inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere you need to go as well. So much to see and do in Newport. We cannot wait to come back.

I had originally booked the property in summer of 2025 but had to cancel because of unexpected but very necessary surgery. Andrew was extremely accommodating which made life much easier during that stressful time.We booked again for our stay in Newport in July 2026, and Andrew couldn’t have been nicer. Great location with a terrific view and an easy walk to The Lobster Shack and America’s Cup Avenue.
