Una remodelación completa ~ ¡todo es nuevo! Esta casa de tres dormitorios y 2 baños ha sido completamente remodelada con algunos de los mejores toques finales y muebles nuevos. Dos habitaciones tienen vistas directas al océano y al faro, una habitación tiene una vista parcial del océano. Encaramado en un acantilado con vista al Océano Pacífico, incluso en el clima más tormentoso, la vista siempre es increíble.

Ubicado en el vecindario de Agate Beach en el extremo norte de la ciudad, convenientemente cerca de playas, parques, restaurantes y tiendas locales.

Beautifully updated house with big windows. The deck with chairs was really relaxing at the end of busy days. Beds comfortable. Only note: the do not provide toiletries,, so bring your own soap!

Excellent Stay

I’m pretty picky about cleanliness and Fort Awesome hit the mark. The property was beautiful, and we loved it. Some people noted that the area felt sketchy, and I disagree. We had no problems with security or feeling like we should be worried about it. The hot tub was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nice as well. I brought my own pots and pans because I’m picky but you could get away with making a couple of meals with what is provided. The view is amazing and this place feels very homey for being a rental. All of the shared living spaces were good for lounging for 4 people, and would be good for up to 6! The seating was comfortable, tvs well placed and worked, and plenty of room to eat in the dining area. The WiFi was excellent throughout the house, which is a plus because cell service is iffy on the coast. There was also cable that included the regional sport package (Root Sports for MLB). Overall, I would absolutely book this again!

Stunning Views!

We loved our stay so much that we booked it again for Next Thanksgiving before even checking out. That view is stunning and we loved our daily walks on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and (besides groceries)- had everything we needed to make a fantastic Thanksgiving feast! The ultimate surprise of the trip was visiting the Tide Pools! Can’t wait until next year!

Beautiful house and view.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. It's beautifully furnished and decorated, and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located. Nice to have the fireplace for the chilly weather we had. Spent time sitting on the deck and sketching the lighthouse view. We'd love to come back

Fun times at the Awesome House.

We are a group of friends for over 50 years. Every year we pick a location to hang out, watch football and visit tourists locations. We arrived at the Awesome house and found it to be Awesome. The view is to die for and the house was perfect. One level with a beautiful deck and fire pit. This house is everything you need for friends to hang out with. I definitely give it a 10.

DEFINITELY "AWESOME"

The location was absolutely gorgeous with the lighthouse right out the window. The house had all the amenities, including a great selection of kitchen tools, glasses and dinnerware. Wi-Fi was fast and dependable. Everything was perfect. We hope that we get the opportunity to stay here again.

Fort Awesome!

The property is as described and is roomy, relaxed, and clean. The beds are comfortable and rooms well-appointed. The location was so convenient and close to everything—minutes to the historic docks, Nye Beach, and the Aquarium. We spent time on the deck watching the sunsets and while there are nearby properties, the location felt private. The ocean and lighthouse views were spectacular. There was some landscaping service interruption for our last afternoon with quite a bit of work in the back area which had us change our plans a bit—perhaps check that schedule with the property manager if you are planning an outdoor/afternoon BBQ or other activities. The main bath had some slight (likely temporary) shower drainage time issues but the master bath was fantastic and we just showered there. We used the washer and dryer which was great— as were the appliances in general. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Couldn't have been better!

We were very happy with Fort Awesome. The home was so comfortable in every way: living areas, beds, the deck with 4 great Adirondack chairs and hot tub. The family room looked like an afterthought in the pictures, but was actually very cozy and enjoyable after dark when your views were gone. During the day, my husband and two adult sons enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen, sitting in the living room, or chilling on the back deck looking out at the incredible views of the lighthouse, cliffs, ocean, and sunsets. We are from Georgia, and we love our air conditioning, and this A/C worked great! The location is perfect! It's close to Depoe Bay, several great viewing spots, Otter Rock and Devil's Punchbowl, the Yaquina Lighthouse Park, Newport Harbor, Nye Beach, great restaurants, and Seal Rock. The trail to the beach was a fun adventure, tight and steep, but worth the walk on the beach. This visit was everything I'd hoped it would be. I hope we get to return!

Had a ant problem on counters. Might need house sprayed. Also sheets had a stain on them in big king bed and the blankets in childrens room smelled of pee when we went to use them.
