Comment on their websearch states: “Polished rooms...etc”. Room had cockroaches. Sink was badly cracked. Other people's clothing (sock and shirt) under chair from previous guest...so indicates room cleaning not adequate. And they habe the gall to say “Polished rooms”??? They need to improve dramatically to even get CLOSE to advertising polished rooms.
