Close to airport . Reliable shuttle. Good rates Rooms were good as well

The air conditioning was stuck on high, crumbs in the bed, pubic hair on the “clean” towel, rust in the tub, shower only turned on 25%, tub didn’t drain, and hair dryer didn’t work. Took 4 phone calls for a new dryer. BAD! Front desk at night rude and short when called foennew hair dryer in morning. TERRIBLE

I didn't like that even though I paid for room protection, my room was sold. I was put into a room that was dirty and the key entry did not work. Very disappointed after a long day of flying in from the west coast.

I thought the hotel provided free breakfast. It was sold separately for breakfast.

Some of the staff members were really rude. specially the older gentleman at the convenient store. For some reason he wanted a tip every time you stop to purchase water. The hotel is a little outdated & window treatments were very dirty. And to finish it up our room had a prison view. Every time I looked outside I saw a prison getting his daily exercise.

Hotel was great, but not easy to get to. A lot a of crazy turns on the roads, I got lost a couple of times. Bed and pillows were comfortable and that’s important to me. Vending machines didn’t work properly, but overall the hotel is nice.

I really like the location. The shuttle was fantastic. Very nice drivers, and the hotel staff were very helpful.

Easy transportation to airport and on time bus service

It took 15 minutes of calling the hotel for somebody to answer, then another 15 minutes of waiting in a short line to check in. And it’s no nice hotel, it clearly needs some paint and TLC

The hotel was nice. The staff was pleasant. Easy checkin and checkout and the ladies at the front counter were attentive as well. The only thing I didnt like was the location. It was close to the airport but yet far from restaurants and gas stations. Overall good experience.

Old and run down. Good price but that's all. Close to Newark airport with a shuttle. Really needs a renovation. So old it feels dirty. But if you are stuck overnight and need a cheap room, this will do.

No one soda machine working on my floor, no coffee in the room. Have to get it from downstairs!

The walls are thin and I could easily hear the people talking loud in the room next door as if they where in my room too.

Place was nice. Staff was unprofessional. They all need better customer service training,
