Hotel is close to airport. The staff was friendly. The bar is nice. The room was ok until i found long hairs on the shower walls. Shower drain was clogged and had a slow drain.

I originally requested a regular Standard King Sized Bed Room in advance and upon arrival was told I was placed in a handicap room since it was the only room left. I was very disappointed especially when my request was made in advance. Room Service Staff are friendly. Also, the lighting in my room was very dim. So, I definitely had to depend on the natural light from my windows. The desk table in the room was very scratched with the wood showing and the desk chair had no cushion comfort. So, I didn’t sit in it. Lastly, the hotel is directly next to a prison. The only comfort I had was really being on the highest floor and facing the airport in plain view through my window. Lastly, staff should provide guests with a variety of restaurant options and not just one Chinese food restaurant menu option they slide under each door. Where are the American, Caribbean, South American, BBQ restaurant options since the restaurant in the hotel doesn’t offer variety? A lot of work should be done in this hotel.

The hotels system is down and we have been waiting for hours to check in. I’m 7 months pregnant sitting in a hot lobby. Miserable experience.

The website did not have an expanded section for the miscellaneous items such parking lengths and amounts, or shuttle times (yes, it did show 24/7, but no intervals).

It was a good stay and pretty good view good price..

Everything was just perfect included the airport shuttle thank you guys definitely I will be back to this location again

Tub would fill with water when showeing. The AC and Heating unit front face was falling apart or broken. Plus having to get parking ticket validated was an inconvenience

The room was old and dingy with broken furniture and hair all over the bathroom floor. And I could not get out on time to the airport because the parking ticket machine was not working which made the gate not open for guests to get out of there.

Great experience. Hotel location and amenities were great! Loved the bar located in the restaurant. Would return.

After waiting in a line with 30+ people for maybe 30 minutes to check in, was looking forward to getting to the room already. But the room was really noisy, and the bed was hard as a rock. Stayed for two nights and couldn’t get good nights rest at all. They also don’t refill the hotel shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner from day to day, so if you finish it- you’re screwed. Even something as simple as tea.... they only had Lipton (or something) in the room. When I went to ask the front desk if they had camomile or anything non-caffeinated, they told me I could BUY one at the hotel coffee shop. Really?! And Parking fees were outrageous! It’s a hotel airport so you get what you pay for, I guess.

Nice hotel to stay @ has a restaurant & bar on sight

Room was already prepaid and they still charged me for the room. It was not the cleanest room and very antiquated and even had dirty hallways and elevators. Luckily, I have many other options near EWR where I can stay on my next trip.

Not bad but a little pricy for the services. Although I got on top of a discount price. I just thought the room would be a little more updated.

Enjoying our overnight stay before leaving tomorrow

Shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. Once at the hotel, the staff were not helpful. The lock on the room door was broken, the television didn't work, and it was very noisy in the halls! The next day, a shuttle attendant, locked the shuttle and walked away from the vehicle without telling a line of waiting passengers where he was going?!? Very rude. Nothing special about this hotel. There are many hotels next to the airport! Pick another!

Ok for a shower dnd a few hours sleep after a transpacific flight. Don’t expect more than the bus crowd as customers. Room was clean and staff were efficient.
