Nice airport hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

No food if your flight is before 6am. The front doors would not close and we could not get warm. The staff was excellent!

Everything was perfect, until almost check out time. The elevator was out of service and I was heading to the airport. I had a baby, stroller, car seat, luggage, bags. A female member of the staff kindly helped me. We had to go downstairs from the fifth floor with everything. The administration have to think about a back up plan beacause THAT WASN'T EASY.

The room was spacious & clean! Liked having a refrigerator & microwave!

Not sure why this hotel is rated better than others. It’s clean and sufficient but zero frills. I paid an extra 50 bucks thinking it was premium and it was not.

Breakfast is awesome

I booked my stay at this property for 1 week and prepaid online prior to my arrival. When I arrived they asked me to provide a card for the security deposit which I did. The staff charged my entire stay to that card, charging me double for my weeks stay! When I did overed what they had done at first they denied it. I had a representative from both Orbitz and my credit card speak to the staff at the hotel. They pointed out what the hotel staff had done wrong and the steps they ( the hotel staff) could take to quickly resolve this issue. The hotel staff agreed to both the reps from Orbitz and my credit card company, got off the phone with them, then again refuses to fix the issue! I got to hotel manager involved and he was completely useless, listened to his assistant manager who I believe to be a lying thief, and said they would take care of it in 7-10 business days. The hotel staff actually called the police on me when I insisted on speaking to the manager, the assistant managers reason for calling the police is because I told her to do her job. The police showed up, laughed about it then left. Once this occured the hotel was able to refund my credit card within the hour! I worry how many times these thieves have overcharged customers for not only their stays but also products purchased through their small store.

This hotel is convenient to and from the airport, clean, and comfortable. Masking policies in the breakfast area were non-existent so I saw some people coughing near the food without masks which made me uncomfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with hot options such as waffles and scrambled eggs!

Thought I was getting a good deal, but I wasn't. There was no shuttle like the advertisement claim. Ended up having to spend $30 bucks on a cab. Use Uber. I did to get back to the airport after I realized that was a much better option than a cab, price wise. Also, due to Covid-19, they were at the time not serving breakfast at all. No complimentary coffee either. So don't expect that as a perk either to offset costs on the deal you're getting if they are still adhering to those "social distancing" measures.

Great place to stay if you are catching a flight.

Room does not have microwave, heat/AC does not work correctly in room, mini fridge had unpleasant odor, jacuzzi was out of order; very disappointing because that was the main reason for our stay.

microwave was missing turntable piece so did not turn cooking food poorly; also some bathroom amenities missing and no water bottle available in rooms;

Round the coffee, Tea and hot water, good Brakfast,

Very difficult to locate. The shuttle to the airport was a blessing.
