After checking in I got to my room on the 5th floor,it was freezing. I went to turn the heat on and it was making a continuous screaming noise. The fire detector was hanging out of the wall. I immediately went back to the reception desk and told her all of my concerns. She moved my family to the third floor in room 322 same room as the other with the pull out couch. I made it for my son to sleep on there was no pillow for it and also missing the tv remote control for that tv. I went back down stairs to the receptionist and asked for a pillow and tv controller, she said they would bring it up we got the pillow but never received a tv controller. Our water in the shower was cold everyday we showered which really sucked occasionally it would get a little warm but then go back to cold. I never complain but one of the worst stay I have ever had. We stay 4 nights

The staff was excellent as were the accommodations. I didnt like the communication by the shuttle drivers, however. I was dropped off at terminal "C" but was not told to be at P3 to return to hotel. Another time the driver stopped at the far end of P3 location and i didnt see him until it was too late. I travel to NYC frequently and decided to stay in NJ this time.... NEVER AGAIN!

Room was in good condition, breakfast was good. However in Google Maps it shows that we can take the bus but realized we can’t since we’ll have to cross the highway to reach the bus station. Since we can’t cross the highway, our commute took much longer and had to use Lyft or uber. I wasn’t aware of that, if I did I wouldn’t have chose this place as my location.
