Both shampoo and conditioner were empty in my room. I told both cleaning lady and person at front desk. Never got any. There was also 2 dogs in neighboring room and one kept barking extensively. Nothing was done about it. Dog woke me both days around 6:30-7 am whining. I will not stay in this hotel ever again.

I like that the rooms are clean. The elevators are messy. What I don’t like is that you do get clean towels everyday, garbage is not picked up, rooms are only clean every other day. No staff at the front desk when I was checking in, no staff at night if you need something. I needed hot water and had to wait for my cup to be filled verses filling the carafe. Not a great experience so far

I cannot stress enough the level of satisfaction I feel about my stay at the Spark in Rahway. The establishment was clean, safe, accommodating, and above all, the staff were available and so super friendly. I was brought to the area unexpectedly and under tremendous stress and each and every staff member I encountered treated me with grace and integrity, even when I may have been slightly difficult. My stay at the Spark has made my time here in New Jersey tolerable. I am grateful for my experience and my choice for having stayed at this establishment. Shout out specifically to Loveleen and Yogi!!

My card was charged additional fee on 7/4. Yogi, the front desk person whom answered the call assured me that it wasn't any charges that he could see. I reached out to expedia to figure things out. I felt like it was fraud i ended up canceling my card and still awaiting feedback. Expedia called front desk and advised them it was indeed from hotel. So i now i have to wait until a manager is available to assist.

Don’t stay here!!!!!

No toilet paper in the room when we arrived!!!!!! Also no tissues!!! Keys were disconnected and had to go to the crappy front desk to have them reset. No freezer for people traveling who may need to refreeze ice packs.

Checked in late at night and Tv wasn't working after we had unpacked everything. Had to move that night and front desk was very rude like they were giving us an extra room for the night while we left most of our things to move in the morning. No effort was made to compensate us for our troubles. Breakfast isn't really breakfast. Just plain bagels, cereal and unpeeled hard boiled eggs that we couldn't get the shells off. we had our 10 year old grandson with us and booked with the idea we would have breakfast for him before leaving for the day. There also was a sofa bed and no sheets or blanket for him. I messaged Hilton and they never responded
