Breakfast was okay. Bagels were "institutional" (I'm a native New Yorker, so I have high bagel-quality standards). There was no "regular" black tea, only herbals: mint, orange spice, chamomile, raspberry, and one other I'm not recalling. The service was excellent. The room was comfortable. Although "wheelchair (or rollator) accessible" was good for my partner, I missed having a standard desk chair.

This hotel is a 10/10!!! Check-in was a BREEZE. David was friendly and welcoming. The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a little small however, it was perfect for us (family of 4)! It was clean and by the set up, I can tell that they care. Tables had towels neatly rolled for our use. Breakfast was great, nothing fancy but definitely fresh and clean. There was an employee constantly cleaning and making sure everything was filled for us to enjoy. I would love to return in the summer to be able to enjoy more outdoor views.

My main issue was in my room no ice bucket for ice and no cups. My refrigerator in room really did not keep drinks cold . Especially for hotel to represent the Hilton Brand this situation could have been better. A fight broke out on my floor in the early morning when I was trying to sleep. Walls too thin. Room Clean bed amazing and staff very gracious and respectful.
