Two ladies that greeted me and my family when we arrived first day, they were amazing. Hard to find workers that care and make sure that your customers are satisfied. They did all that and some... Dislikes was hot water wasn't hot enough and issues with toilet bowl. Breakfast buffet was horrible, cold and it felt like it was all left or worse. Not worth $20

We made a reservation through Expedia, and it was supposed to be $110.00 but the hotel charge $50 dollars more from my card!! We are so disappointed

It was very difficult to get one cup of hot water. The machine in gym area was not working; there was no microwave in our room; microwave in ground floor not working . Also, water is basic necessity and 2 bottles should be given upfront to each guest. Alternatively, hotels can install a water dispenser in the lobby. Hotels provide fancy pillows and decoration but fail to take care of utmost basic need.
