Enjoyed my stay at this facility. Wish parking was included. This would have made the stay better.

I stayed here because I was attending a workshop held in the banquet hall. The best part was the shuttle to and from the airport. The room was fine, but I could hear my next door neighbor snoring. Also, I need a dark room to sleep in and I was not able to make it dark enough so I was up with the sun.

Surprised at how good this hotel was. Excellent friendly staff good restaurant and concier was great. Will stay there next time I go.

Front desk were friendly and efficient, able to accommodate me even though I was a bit early, room was large and clean, overall a very good stay.

I am very annoyed that I was charged $32 for my hotel stay for parking after I was told it was going to be another amount. I stayed at this hotel numerous times and was never charged that much. Also the hotel claim they were too busy to assist me with helping me with my bags and the prices in restaurant !

I slept really well and the room was a pleasant surprise.

Extremely convenient from the Newark Liberty International Airport via shuttle service between the P4 air train stop and the hotel. Late arrivals or early departure would be no problem. The hotel check in and out were very prompt. There are a restaurant and a mini cafe in the lobby, so one can have something warm (and not from vending machine) anytime.

Service state was good but the water pressure in the bathroom and the shower was unsatisfactory water pressure was very poor could not take a good shower.. Waitress behind the bar had a very negative attitude kept leaving behind the bar going in the back minutes at a time we have to call the other waiters and waitress to get Service

Small van pick up, waited too long for pick up, no free phone at P4 0-raking

Felt safe in the locked gates, couldn't hear the planes from the nearby airport, and the room was quite comfortable.

Had trouble understanding person on phone to get shuttle. Shuttle was full when I got to P4; said 5 minutes; 30-minutes later it arrived. Got to bed at 3:30 am.

Really conveniently located next to Newark, could be updated but otherwise pretty good place!

The hotel was wonderful, it had everything that I neede, the room was great and everyone was extremely helpful, I will definitely stay here again...

1) The evening we booked in the gent at the front desk assisting us was helpful but not exactly friendly and seemed to have a problem communicating in English. 2) The next morning the Lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful, she ordered us a taxi which promptly arrived when the hotel's shuttle to NYC shuttle was full. 3) The taxi driver was professional and charged us a better rate to drop us off at our desired location than what we would have paid for the hotel shuttle that would have dropped us off 12 blocks away from our desired location.

Really enjoyed the stay, I was only there for a few hours, but I was very impressed by cleanliness, and location. It also had a restaurant and the menu was good for what I can see. The prices are a lil high but what do we expect for the convenience. Overall it was a great stay. I will stay again next time I'm in that area.

This place is totally serviceable. Awesome that it is so accessible from EWR. This is really my preferred way to travel to NYC for short trips.

I had to pay to park 15 per night and I had my appointment book from Thursday to Saturday and I had an accident Thursday and could not make my check in Thursday and I was not able to get a refund or carry it forward to Saturday. Will not stay here again

The lobby and corridor to elevator was ok to nice. However, coming out of the elevator the smell of the carpets in the corridor is bad, the rooms are unimpressive, bathroom is basic (motel type) the Kuerig coffee machine was nice.
