Stylish penthouse in the heart of Brooklyn across street from Barclay's center & 2nd largest transit hub in NYC. 20 min. to World Trade Center & Wall Street. 30 min to Time Square. Our apt has private elevator entrance and a roof deck overlooking Brooklyn skyline w/views of Manhattan. The upper floor has its own master suite w/ bathroom w/ double sink and it's own deck. 2nd Bedroom on main level w/ bath. 3rd bathroom on main level. Appliances by Viking incl. wine cooler and washer dryer in apt.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
