The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the heating for the room was set to 65 degrees in December. My room was an icebox and changing the thermostat temperature didn't work.

The property is new and in very nice shape. A BIG thing to be advised of, however, is their offering of free parking. While the parking is free, this eight story hotel only has literally about 8 legitimate spaces in which to park. More people than that actually wedge their cars into unmarked spaces. So if you do find a place to park, good luck getting your car out (seriously). Street parking in the area is really, really problematic. So if you are staying with a car, beware.

The property was very clean, the room was very modern. The bathroom had lots of hot water. The towels were clean and soft. The king bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and on site. The property is located in an inner city area so there are lots of places to eat. Cons:The upramp to the parking is low and can damage under your car. No sweet spot to the room temperature. It is adjustable but it was either too hot or too cold. The train runs right outside the hotel so it can be a bit noisy. It was still a nice stay and I would stay here again.

Description in Orbitz was deceptive. Neighborhood is transitioning, diverse and interesting. Interior of building is new but still feels like skid row. Room was awful - was given accessible room even though did not request or need. Transactions at desk (behind plexiglas) were all ON PAPER. Bathroom had no hooks. No chair in room although there was plenty of space. Bedding did not fit bed. That said, the desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Even at its reasonable price point would not go back.
