The property is new and in very nice shape. A BIG thing to be advised of, however, is their offering of free parking. While the parking is free, this eight story hotel only has literally about 8 legitimate spaces in which to park. More people than that actually wedge their cars into unmarked spaces. So if you do find a place to park, good luck getting your car out (seriously). Street parking in the area is really, really problematic. So if you are staying with a car, beware.

Description in Orbitz was deceptive. Neighborhood is transitioning, diverse and interesting. Interior of building is new but still feels like skid row. Room was awful - was given accessible room even though did not request or need. Transactions at desk (behind plexiglas) were all ON PAPER. Bathroom had no hooks. No chair in room although there was plenty of space. Bedding did not fit bed. That said, the desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Even at its reasonable price point would not go back.

Clean rooms but missing a few key things in the suite. No irons for clothes. No place to hang or place items in the shower. Should be at least 2 extra toilet paper in bathroom instead of only 1 for the whole 3 days. The last night there we saw a roach so we put all of our luggage on the table.

NEVER STAY HERE!!

There was zero parking! When i tried to call the hotel no one answered! I think spoke with a live agent who tried to call and again no answer! I never even stayed at the hotel because there was no place to park and go in! They have 10 Parking sports for 40+ rooms and its self park! No organization and no street parking!’ ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! And even tho i never stayed and couldn’t cancel they still charged me FULL PRICE!! Absolute ROBBERY!!

I did a last minute booking since I live 1 hour away came back to my room to have no parking in the hotel, the staff informed me to go out and look for parking mind u I don’t know the area and it was late at night this hotel is middle of nowhere, me as a woman shouldn’t walk alone in that area, no lights and nowhere to park my car anywhere within two or half a block away from the hotel they wanted me to park my car 10 or 13 blocks away, then walk back to the hotel. Alone in the dark. Then the front desk advise me to go upstairs to the room and they will call me to let me know when somebody moves their cars who say stuff Now I’m trying to fight to get my refund because I never stood in the room and now the managers is giving me a hard time for services that I never received. as a customer that rents out a room for the night expects parking no matter what. This took time on my vacation and also a hardship for me driving back up a hour drive. All I wanted to do is go and sleep. Then now I have to drive up an hour very very tired. This is very bad customer service.
